基于C/S模式的液化气船货物操作仿真软件的开发

【摘要】 随着船舶自动化水平的提高,计算机网络技术在船舶自动化中的广泛应用,船舶培训仿真系统也日益完善。基于网络的培训仿真软件可以监测在局域网内部其他任意的机器,并对其进行信息的反馈与控制。通过此类系统,使专业人员能够在同一条件下监管更多的计算机设备,从而节约人力资源,降低成本及消耗。同时,在仿真和监控系统中,存在着海量数据需要处理,以满足仿真与监控的真实性需要。把服务器发出的数据、指令等发送给与其连接的局域网或广域网的客户端,客户端接收到服务器传来的数据后做出相应的反映,并且将远程客户端上的数据,如操作日志,报警等返回服务器入库并对报警信息做出相应处理,以达到对远程客户端的智能化监控。液化气船实时仿真软件从原来的单机版发展到可对学员进行联网培训的网络版。在局域网内教练员端可以对学员端进行远程监控,实现教练员端与学员端的交互,通过培训可使学员获得液化气船上设备的各种知识和操作规程。本文讲述了基于C/S模式的液化气船实时仿真软件的开发过程,主要从以下几个方面进行了详细的阐述:首先,熟悉液化气船舶系统及工作机理。然后对液化气船的货物装卸系统、再液化系统、惰性气体及干燥空气系统和船体强度四个主要子系统进行了仿真和建模。接下来详细介绍了远程监控的实现方法。在远程监控中若仅传输屏幕图像数据会存在实时性差和失真等问题;若仅传输仿真数据,由于软件控件资源较大,会降低窗口切换的实时性,所以采用了数据通信和图像传输的并发控制,并进行合理的数据资源管理,有效解决了问题。最后给出了软件设计框架及功能,对远程监控中数据传输算法给出详细描述,介绍了对网络用户的管理方法,并对软件的操作进行了说明。在局域网内通过了测试,软件的实时性较好。
【Abstract】 With the popularization of shipping automation and the widely used network technologies in the shipping automation, the marine ship simulation training system will become more perfect. The simulation training software which based on network can inspect any computer in LAN (local area network), then feed back and control the information from it. The system could help professionals managing more computer equipments under the same condition. In that case, we could save the human resources and reduce cost and expenditure. At the same time, there will be massive amount of data which need be dealt with to fulfill the need of the simulation system. The server sends data and instructions to the client which connected to the same LAN or WAN (Wide Area Network), then the client makes some responses when it receives the information, such us operation logs and alarm messages, then writes the data back to the database of the server while should do some processing to achieve the intelligent inspect.The real-time simulation software for Liquefied Gas vessel is promoted from the stand-alone version to the network version that can provide network-based training to the trainees. The coach-terminal can monitor and control trainees terminals in long-distance in a LAN by communications between the two terminals, ultimately the students can obtain most knowledge and operator regulation of the Liquefied Gas vessel’s equipment.This thesis presents the development process of real-time simulation software based on Client/Server model for Liquefied Gas vessel. It gives a detailed explanation as follows: first, model mechanism of the Liquefied Gas vessel system has been discussed. Then, four systems have been simulated: Cargo Handling System, Reliquefaction System, Inert Gas and Dry Air System, Ship Body Modeled and Strengthen System. Later, the thesis introduces a way to achieve remote control. There will be some problems about the bad real-time transmission and distortions during the remote control if we only transfer data of the screen image; in another way if we only transfer the simulation data, the numerous controls will have bad real-time transmission. So we combine these two kinds of transmission way to solve this problem. At the final part, whole software frame and transmission algorithm are described, and the operation procedure of this system has been given.The implemented system has been tested in local area network. It was running in good condition.
