基于GLOBUS的网格资源信息服务系统研究与设计

【摘要】 网格的根本目的是为用户提供实现网格内各种资源充分共享的基础性平台。然而资源共享的前提是要对资源的位置、属性、可用性等信息进行描述、存储和提供访问接口等,所有这些都属于网格研究领域的一个重要问题,即网格信息服务。网格中信息服务(Grid Information Service,GIS)主要完成对网格计算环境中资源信息的发现、注册、查询和修改等工作,提供对网格计算环境的一个真实、实时的动态反映。其处理的信息主要是网格计算环境下的各种资源(包括数据资源、计算资源等)、服务和其它实体的描述。正因为网格信息服务在网格应用中所起的重要作用,网格信息服务系统也是网格设计的核心之一。随着人们对网格技术的日益关注,对GIS的研究也成为网格技术的一个重点和难点。网格资源信息服务的基础首先是资源信息服务的框架结构,以及面向服务的网格应用具体服务以及接口,本文首先介绍了基于Globus的网格资源信息服务框架和相关技术,研究了网格与P2P技术结合的资源发现机制,既考虑网格资源的各种特点,又利用P2P网络的结构特点和高效的资源搜索技术,提出基于可扩展P2P结构的资源信息服务组织模型,对该模型中资源发现服务进行了详细设计,包括网格运行支持环境中的网格资源信息服务主要组件,并给出的具体的实现方法和相应的接口设计,对系统进行模拟仿真,并与现有信息服务系统在信息服务性能进行分析比较。通过系统性能分析可以证明运用该模型能提高资源发现效率,更好地实现网格资源共享。

【Abstract】 The purpose of Grid is to build a platform for Clients sharing the different resources. The precondition of resources sharing is to describe, store resources information such as location, attribute, usability etc and to provide the interface for accessing. All these are very important problems in the field of Grid Research, which is called "Grid Information Services". The main functions of Grid Information Service are to discovery, register, query and modify the resources information, providing a actual and real-time dynamic reaction in the Grid computing environment. The information it processed is description of every resource (includes: data resources, computing resources etc), services and other entities in the Grid computing environment. As the important role in the Grid Application, The Grid Information Services System is the core in Grid Design.The foundation of the Grid resource information services is the structure of resource information services, Services-oriented Grid application services and their interfaces. This paper firstly introduces the framework of the Grid resource information services based on the Globus and correlative technology, does the research on the resources discovery mechanism combined the Globus with P2P networks, which is considered either the features of Grid resources or the effective search technology in the P2P networks. Then we bring forward a new Grid information model used P2P to extend the GT4 information services, and make the particular design of the resource discovery services in this model, including the main components design of the model in a Grid runtime supported environment, the approach and interfaces design. At last we did the model simulation and compare it with other systems. It could improve the efficiency of the resource discovery and realize the resources sharing better than others.
