基于WSRF的Auction系统的研究与应用

【摘要】 简单地讲,未来的互联网技术——网格把互联网上的众多计算资源整合成一台虚拟的超级计算机,实现各种资源的全面共享,消除了资源孤岛。随着网格计算研究的深入,人们越来越发现网格体系结构的重要。只有建立合理的网格体系结构,才能够使网格有效地发挥作用。在以IBM为代表的工业界的影响下,在考虑到Web技术的发展与影响后,Ian Foster等结合Web Services提出了开放网格服务的体系结构OGSA。OGSA提出后,GGF开始着手研究开放网格服务基础设施OGSI草案,由于OGSI规范过分强调网格服务和Web服务的差别,而且没有对资源和服务进行区分,导致了两者之间不能更好地融合在一起。为了解决OGSI和Web服务之间存在的矛盾,IBM、BEA与微软联合发布了WS-Addressing协议。基于该协议规范,Globus联盟和IBM迅速推出了Web服务资源框架WSRF。WSRF定义了使用Web服务来访问有状态资源的一系列规范。它包括Web服务资源生命周期,Web服务可更新引用,Web服务资源属性,Web服务服务组和Web服务基本错误规范。虽然Web服务实现在它们交互的过程中并不维护状态信息,但是它们的交互必须经常性地为状态操作考虑。也就是说,数据的值通过Web服务交互得以持久化,并且作为Web服务交互的结果而保存。这也是WSRF这一规范的主要目的,将Web服务与有状态相结合。WSRF采用了与网络服务完全不同的定义,它规定资源是有状态的,服务是无状态的,提出了Web服务资源的概念。本论文首先简要介绍了网格基础概念、OGSA、WSRF等;接着详细介绍了WSRF中有状态服务的具体实现步骤,以及部署发布,这正是WSRF规范中强调的有状态资源与无状态服务相结合的实现;最后作为WSRF规范的实际应用,本论文中设计的Auction系统将会实现WSRF规范中所含的部分,分别为Auction资源的创建、Auction资源属性的访问与修改、资源的销毁以及状态改变的监听。通过本论文的学习研究,作者对网格知识的认识更加深刻。当网格真正成为下一代网络而普及时,WSRF方面的研究将会更加有用。

【Abstract】 Simply speaking, the future Internet technology—grid integrates numerous computer resources in Internet together to be a virtual super computer, which realizes the full-scale sharing of all kinds of resources, eliminates the islands which are lack of resources. People found the importance of grid architecture when they did research on grid computing. Only after the reasonable grid architecture was constructed, grid can play its role efficiently. With the influence of industry which is represented by IBM, Ian Foster and others proposed the open grid service architecture (OGSA) after they considered the development and influence of web technique. After the proposal of OGSA, GGF began to research on the draft of open grid service infrastructure (OGSI). OGSI criterions play great emphasis on the difference between grid service and web service, and they don’t discriminate resource and service, as a result, grid service and web service can’t combine with each other better than before.In order to resolve the contradiction between OGSI and web service, IBM, BEA and Microsoft distributed WS-Addressing protocol together. The Globus alliance and IBM proposed web service resource framework (WSRF) based on WS-Addressing protocol quickly. WSRF defines a series of criteria which are about accessing status resource by using web service. WSRF includes the life cycle of web service resource, updatable citation of web service, attributes of web service resources, service group of web service, and basic error criteria of web service.Although web services do not maintain the status information during their interaction, their interaction needs to consider status operations frequently. That’s to say, the value of data keeps persistent through web service interaction, and saves as the result of web service interaction. This is the main objective of WSRF criteria, combining web service and status. WSRF adopts the definition which is different from web service, in this definition, resource is with status, while service is without status, and the definition proposes the concept of web service resource.This thesis introduces the basic concepts of grid, and introduces OGSA and WSRF in general firstly, then it introduces the realization steps, deployment and distribution of WSRF status services in details, which is the realization of status services and non-status services combined together emphasized by WSRF criteria. Finally, Auction designed as the simple application of WSRF criterions, realizes part of WSRF criteria, and they are resources’ creation, Auction quote price, destruction of resources and the detection of status changes. The author got deep understanding about grid knowledge through the study and research work in this thesis. When grid is widely used as the next generation network in the future, research on WSRF will be more valuable than before.
