网络数控加工中数据传输技术的研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的不断发展,机械制造业对产品的质量提出了更高的要求。由于数控机床具有自动化程度高、加工的零件误差小、产品质量稳定、生产效率高、便于产品的研制开发以及便于实现计算机辅助制造等特点而获得了迅速的发展和广泛的应用。但是纵观国内的数控机床的使用情况,相当一部分数控机床利用率不具有网络功能,甚至没有通讯接口,一般也不拥有大容量存储设备。而随着各种计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助制造(CAD/CAM)系统的完善与发展,这些CAD/CAM系统越来越快地进入实际加工系统。然而数控程序、控制参数、刀具补偿等尚需在线手工录入,不利于CAD/CAM的一体化实现。因此,采用自动编程系统或CAD/CAM系统离线生成数控程序和相应的控制参数与补偿量,通过仿真预先验证生成程序的正确性,优化NC加工程序,利用数控机床与计算机之间的通讯软件进行数据传输,实现并行作业,是提高数控机床使用效率的有效方法。本文以FANUC数控铣销加工中心为研究对象,利用该机床配有的RS-232C串行接口作为通讯口,以VC++6.0作为开发工具,进行了以下几方面的研究:(1)在服务微机与FANUC铣销加工中心的通讯方面做了以下工作:通过数控设备上配有的RS-232C串行接口作为通信的突破口,深入研究RS-232C的引脚定义、CNC与PC之间的接线方式、数控程序的格式、通讯参数的设定、通信方式、传输协议设定,并实现了数控设备与本地服务机的通讯。在计算机网络的建立、实现本地服务机与远程CAD/CAM设计微机的通信方面做了以下工作:进行网络拓扑、连接方式、通讯协议的选择,将由远程CAD/CAM

【Abstract】 With the development of technology and science, Machine manufacturing gives a higher request to the quality of product. Numerical control tools are developing quickly and used widely because they are more roboticized, less error of machined parts, products’ quality are steady, easy to product exploder and easy to realize computer aid manufacture. But of you give a vertical look to the use of numerical control tools making less use of, and their efficiency are not bring into full play. These phenomena are caused by many factors. Firstly, most of CNC don’t have network function and big capability of store facility in the early. Secondly, Numerical control program/control parameter/tools compensation must be inputted by hand on-line. With the development of CAD/CAM system, this software goes into practical machining. It is an effectual way to improve numerical controls’efficiency by use auto-program system or CAD/CAM soft to make numerical control programs,control parameter and tools compensation off-line,after NC programs are validated by imitated, they are transferred from local server computer to CNC by a data transfer protocol.This paper gives a detail research to FANUC milling center of mumerical control and mould develop graduate school. It uses RS-232C series interface as a communication interface.We use VC++6.0 as an empolder tool, give some research as follows:(1) The communication of local server computer and FANUC CNC is research: RS-232C series interface is used as communication breakthrough RS-232C’s pins definition, the connection mode between CNC and PC fomat of numerical control program, communication parameter definition, communication mode, stream transfer protocol definition are lucubrated and communication between CNC and local server PC is made true.(2) The research of building comouter net, realizing the net communication between local server PC and CAD/CAM design computer is done.Include: Web analysissite, juncture mode and communication protocol are chose.NC programs and control parameter made by long-distance CAD/CAM software are transferred to local server computer, then are transferred to CNC’s memory in the form of text file. NC prlgram and control parameter are loaded thtough long-distance and are transrerred by internet/intranet.(3) Microsoft Visual C++6.0 based on Windows is used as exploder tool and numerical control program imitation software is developed.
