【摘要】 当今世界是一个科技高速发展的时代，同时科技进步也极大地改变着我们的生活，我们在充分享受高科技成果所带来的巨大福祉时，也应该清醒地认识到人类所面临的巨大挑战，这就是作为支撑人类社会生活的两支重要力量，科学技术与人类伦理道德的冲突。长久以来，由于诸多原因的影响，科学技术与伦理道德的关系多处于不协调状态。而今，这种不协调更加突出。尽管高科技给人类带来了伦理道德上的巨大困惑，然而，我们却不能停止高科技的快速发展，因为那样会使人类失去建构美好未来的许多机遇。因此，我们也就得面对由此带来的两难境地。面对这种困境，有必要认真审视科技与伦理道德的关系，探讨现时代科学技术与伦理道德协调发展的可能性，在冲突中寻找协调发展的途径。高科技与伦理道德最终能否实现协调发展，在某种意义上说决定着人类的生存和发展。本文从系统科学理论的角度来分析科技进步与道德发展的互动，从而构建科技进步与道德发展的互动系统，并希望通过这个全新的视角来研究科技进步与道德发展的关系，力求把科技进步与道德发展在理性的旗帜下协调起来，达到共同服务于人类、造福于人类这样一个目的。本文研究的目的和意义正在于此。论文第一部分介绍了当前科技进步所遇到的问题，以及他们与人类伦理道德的冲突，引出科技伦理问题的原因。同时分别列举关于科技进步与道德发展关系问题的历史观点，以及近年来关于这个问题的研究现状。论文第二部分阐述了科技进步与道德发展的互动关系。科技进步推动了道德的发展，道德为科技进步把握方向，在这个双向的作用过程中，科技进步与道德发展的互动得到实现。科技进步和道德发展本质上就是相互联系，相互影响的，这也是二者互动的基础。论文第三部分从系统科学角度来分析科技进步与道德发展的互动关系。这部分首先介绍了与论文相关的系统科学理论。然后逐个分析科技进步与道德发展的互动系统的各个子因素，并理清各因素之间的相互作用。同时分析科技进步与道德发展的互动系统构建的原则及特征。最后，从自组织理论来分析科技进步与道德发展的互动系统。论文最后部分从现实层面来提出建议，分别从加强道德对科技进步方向的把握、明确科技伦理责任、改善科技道德的制度环境这三个方面来分析、提出解决问题的方法和切实可行的路线，力求科技进步与道德发展处于良性互动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays the world is a times that science and technology high speeddevelops, at the same time The advance of science and technology is changing ourlife tremendously, when We enjoying enormous welfare brought about by hightechnology achievement sufficiently, we also ought to know the enormous challengearriving at what human being frontage soberly, This is the conflicts of science and themorality. Since long, since a lot of cause effect, science-technology and ethicsmorality relation are much be in inharmonious state. Now, this inharmonious isoutstanding especially. Despite of high technology has brought about ethics moralityfor human being, upper enormous is perplexed, We don’t be able to stop developmentof high technology. Therefore, we have to face being in a dilemma bringing aboutfrom this also right away condition. Facing this difficult position, We have necessaryto scan the relation of Science-technology and the morality. Discuss the possibility ofscience-technology and ethics morality coordinated growth. Whether science-technology and ethics morality can realize coordinated growth ultimately, it decisionHuman being’s survival and development.This dissertation analyse the interactive system of advance of science-technology and morality development from system scientific theory. And we buildinteractive system of the advance of science-technology and morality development.we study the relation of science-technology and morality pass this brand-new visualangle. Purpose of this studying is that.PartⅠhas introduced developing problems of science-technology. And drawfrom the cause of science-technology and ethics problem. At the same time we list theviewpoint concerning problem about the science-technology and moralitydevelopment.PartⅡhas expound the interactive relation of the advance of science-technologyand morality development. Science-technology has driven development of morality,morality is an advance of science-technology grasp direction, the interactive ofadvance of science-technology and morality development be come true. PartⅢanalyse the interactive system of advance of science-technology andmorality development from system scientific theory. First, this part introduced thesystem scientific theory. Second, we analyse the factor of the interactive system ofadvance of science-technology and morality development. Third, we analyse theprinciple and characteristic of advance of science-technology and moralitydevelopment. At last, we analyse the interactive system of advance of science-technology and morality development from self—organizeing theory.Final part of thesis suggest that reinforce morality guidance of science-technology; Establish the responsibility of science-technology and ethics; Improvesystem environment of science-technology and ethics.
