【摘要】 为了解河南省城市民办普通中学体育现状,为有关部门决策提供依据和建议,本研究以河南省城市民办普通中学体育为对象,采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈调查、数理统计等研究方法,抽取33所城市民办普通中学,对体育师资、体育经费和场地器材、体育教学、课外体育等方面展开调查,运用统计软件进行数理分析,研究结果如下:1.河南省城市民办中学办学规模参差不齐,差距悬殊;学校对学生的管理以寄宿制封闭管理为主。2.学校体育管理制度基本健全,但仍然需要进一步加强。3.体育教师队伍以年龄结构在三十岁以下、学历层次为本科的专职青年教师为主,教师学历全部达标;职称以中级职称为主,中教二级最多;工资和公办教师工资水平相当;教师课时量基本都在国家规定的教学时数之上;体育教师的培养途径主要是省内院校培养。4.多数学校体育经费投入资金少,经费短缺,学校体育场地和器材设施不能满足体育课和课外体育活动的需求,教学环境和条件急需改善。5.体育教学状况良好,所有学校都能够按照国家要求开足体育课时数,教材的使用以国家审定教材为主,班额数符合办学要求;教学分班沿用传统的行政班教学分班形式,授课形式为普通体育课。6.早操、课间操开展情况较好,多数学校可以保证学生每天在校一小时的体育活动时间;部分学校成立有田径、篮球等学校运动队并可以正常参加校外运动竞赛。7.学生对学校体育场地情况意见最大,对体育教师教学态度、知识水平和运动能力满意度较高。针对河南省目前城市民办中学的现状,提出未来民办中学的发展建议: 1.完善政策,加大政府扶持力度,为民办学校创造一个更宽松的发展环境。2.成立民办学校教学研究会,并委派专人进行管理,制定规章制度,定期举办民办学校间的体育教研活动,交流教学经验。3.稳定教师队伍,重视对现有民办学校体育教师的中、长期培训,完善职称评定制度。4.有关部门在审批民办学校办学资格时,应将体育场地及器材的配备作为一项重要的内容来审核。5.民办学校应加强学校之间的交流,及时吸收借鉴其他学校的优秀工作经验,共同探索民办学校的发展之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 For finding out the state of physical education of private middle school in Henan province, to offer gist and advice for government .Object of thesis is physical education of urban private middle school in Henan province, adopt method of literature and material, questionnaire investigation, visiting investigation, data Stat , analysis of logic. Random sample thirty-three private middle school, for investigation of persons qualified to teach of physical education, outlay ,field and equipment of physical education, teaching of physical education, physical education after school , using software of Stat to analyze data and logic, result is:(1)dimension of urban private middle school in Henan province is great parity , lodging is main administration method.(2)administration system of physical education of private middle school is right , but need strengthen (.3)age of teacher of physical education is under thirty , diploma of teacher of physical education is undergraduate course ,and up to scratch . The title of a technical post is intermediate, salary is correspond to public middle school. Teacher of physical education come from Henan province.(4)investment in of physical education in numerous private middle school is lack, requirement is not content in field and equipment of physical education lesson and activity after school, ought to improve condition and circumstance. (5) teaching of physical education is in order . Number of lesson of physical education is ample. Textbook is authorized by nation. Class is up to scratch. Class is traditional form. (2) come into existence seminar of private middle school teaching , accreditation person to manage , establish by law , hold physical education teaching and research activity between private middle school , communion teaching experience.
