【摘要】 篮球是我国广大人民群众喜闻乐见的体育项目,新中国成立50多年来,在全国各学校、工矿、企事业单位、群众团体中广泛开展,在人民政府积极倡导的“发展体育运动,增强人民体质”的健身方针指导下,篮球运动因其简便易行,对人体的锻炼价值高,锻炼过程富有趣味性、健身性、教育性、技巧性、对抗性、观赏性等功能,在各级政府部门有计划、有组织地进行开展,且深受我国人民的喜爱。对篮球运动在某局部地区发展进行系统的研究,对深入探索篮球运动发展历程、发展规律、总结经验教训,促进地区篮球运动的可持续性发展有一定的价值。本文作者从历史科学的高度和角度出发,运用文献资料法、访谈法、典型研究法及问卷调查等研究方法对新时期开封市篮球运动进行了系统的调查、分析与研究,找出了影响开封市篮球运动的因素:经济水平因素;管理体制因素;教育体制因素。得出以下结论:1.开封市篮球运动曾经有过辉煌的历史,为河南省篮球运动的发展作出过重要的贡献。2.开封市篮球运动受开封经济发展水平的制约,目前处于低潮阶段。3.开封市群众篮球运动发展滞后;学校是篮球运动普及与发展的基础和重点;竞技篮球的发展需要充足的优秀后备人才。4.学校占有篮球场地数量比例较大,但对社会开放比率低,与社会未形成资源共享局面。5.教师队伍建设有待提高,新时期的要求、新课程的改革都需要教师全面提升教学、训练水平。6.市篮球协会、俱乐部规模较小,工作范围开展单一,未充分发挥有效作用。7.县区篮球运动发展缓慢,制约因素较多。针对开封市篮球运动在发展中存在的问题,结合开封市的实际情况,作者提出几项对策建议:1.增加对篮球运动资金的投入,发挥篮球自身的经济杠杆功能,使篮球运动进入一个良性循环轨道。2.管理体制的改革应逐步深入,与地区经济发展水平相适应,充分发挥协会、俱乐部、传统项目学校的作用。3.改进后备人才培养体制,逐步建立小学—中学—大学后备人才培养体系,大量培养篮球运动后备人才。4.开设篮球教师、教练员培训班,选派骨干外出进修,引进或聘用其它地区优秀教练员,学习先进训练方法,提高我市教练员整体执教水平。5.提供足够的运动场地,合理利用和优化篮球资源,充分利用学校人力、物力,对社会合理有偿开放篮球场馆,提高场馆的利用率。6.加大县区体育资金的投入,建设大众化、普及化的篮球运动场地设施,结合农村社会生产、生活特点,开展丰富多样的篮球活动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Basketball,as a physical item,is loved by the universal Chinese people.Since the establishment of New China,it has been being used in every school,industry and mining,enterprises and organizitions with the masses.For its function;such as fassility,the high exercising value for human body and the process in exercising full of interesting,healthy,educational,skilling,antagonism and enjoying ect.,basketball is developing in a planned and organized way in different levels of administration department and loved by our people ,under the guidance of the healthy policy—“developing athletic sports,strengthening people’s constitution”—which is advocated by our government.If this very sport was studied systematically some certain local district,then it’ll helpful for probing high into its developing process and rules;and then the summing up of the experience will also be helpful to enhance its sustained development.Starting from the height and angle of historical science, the author of this article using literature review, interview , typical research and questionnaire investigation and so on, systemetically investigats, analyses and studies this very basketball sport in Kaifeng on the new period . And also find out the factors mattering with this sport: economy, management system and the school itself. Draw the following conclusion: 1. Once the basketball sports in Kaifeng had a brilliant history and made important contribution to the development of the sports itself of Henan Province . 2. Basketball sports of Kaifeng limited by the level of economic development in Kaifeng, is of its low stage at present. 3. The development of public basketball sports of Kaifeng lags behind; School is the foundation and important point for popularizing and developing the sport.And the development of racing basketball needs sufficient and talented reserving people . 4. The school occupies large percentage of basketball ground, but it almost doesn’t open to the society,so it is hard to form the situation of resource-sharing between schllo and society .5. The contingent of teachers needs to improve,for the claim of new period and the reform of new courses all require teachers to fully inhence the level of teaching and training . 6. The associations of basketball in the city and clubs with relatively small scale and single working range havn’t fully played their valid role . 7. For many constracting factors ,the basketball sports of country district are developing slowly .Against the problem existing in the development of basketball sports in Kaifeng, combining the actual conditions of Kaifeng, the author has proposed several countermeasures and suggestions: 1. Increase the input to the basketball sport , explore its economic function , inhence it would enter to a better cycle track. 2.The reform of management system should be deepened progressively in accordence with the development of the regional economy. Give full play to the role of association, club, traditional project school. 3.Improve the reserve personnel training system, progressively set up the reserve telented people training system of the primary school - middle school– university ; train reserved talents of basketball sports in a large amount. 4.Open the basketball teacher, coach’s training class, select and appoint backbones to go out to receive a training, introduce or employ the outstanding coaches of other areas, study advanced training methods, improve the whole teaching competence of trainers of our city . 5.Offer enough athletic ground, use the basketball resource rationally and make it better . Fully utilize the human and material resources of the school, open basketball venues to the society with compensation rationally, improve the utilization ratio of the venues. 6.Increase the input of asset to sports of county district, build popularing and universal facilities of basketball guround . Combine the characteristics of rural social production and living ,develop verious and diverse basketball activity .更多还原
