CuS及其复合薄膜的制备及其摩擦学行为研究

【摘要】 本论文采用SILAR法,在硅基底上制备了CuS,ZnS和CuS-PAA-APS,ZnS-PDDA-PAA有机无机复合膜,利用Sol-gel法制备了纳米CuS- Fe2O3与CuS -Al2O3复合膜,并利用AFM,XRD,UMT-2和SEM对它们的晶型结构,表面形貌及减摩抗磨机理进行了系统分析。结果表明:含有聚合物软质层的硫化物薄膜与基底的结合力明显增强,而抗磨减摩能力也有显著的提高;适量的硫化铜掺杂可显著提高陶瓷薄膜的摩擦学性能,改变薄膜的摩擦磨损机理。

【Abstract】 In this dissertation, we used SILAR method to prepare CuS,ZnS and CuS-PAA-APS,ZnS-PDDA-PAA film on silicon substrate,and the crystal structure,surface topography and anti-wear mechanism was analyzed systematically.And we prepared CuS-Fe2O3 and CuS-Al2O3 nanocompound film by SOL-GEL method,and the component and structure was studied by XPS,AFM,XRD and the tribological ability and wear mechanism was also investigated.The result show that the joint force between film and substrate are inhanced by polymer soft layer,as well as the anti-wear ability;and the excellent tribological properties can be obtained by doping proper CuS particles,and the anti-wear mechanism was also changed.
