【摘要】 胡锦涛同志关于荣辱观的讲话是对中华民族优秀传统道德价值的继承,是对当代中国社会进步脉搏和道德精神的把握,是传统美德与时代精神的统一,具有很强的说服力和引导力。它明确了当代国民基本的价值取向和行为准则,具体实在,周到全面,契合人们的心灵实际,具有操作性,因而十分有利于大学生思想道德素质的培养。中华民族有着优良的道德传统,传统道德中“教民知耻”的荣辱观念深深积淀在人们心灵深处,融入人们的道德实践之中。中国共产党人历来重视荣辱观的重要教育作用。以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央适应社会进步的新要求,总结社会主义道德建设的新经验,提出了以“八荣八耻”为主要内容的社会主义荣辱观。树立社会主义荣辱观既是构建和谐社会的应有之义,也是建设社会主义先进文化的迫切要求,更是社会主义道德建设的核心内容,理应成为当代大学生思想道德教育的主导性内容。大学生是青年中的佼佼者,承载着中国特色社会主义现代化建设的崇高使命,寄托着中华民族的美好未来。大学生思想道德素质及荣辱观方面出现的种种倾向及问题,能不能得到很好地解决,不仅关系到作为社会构成基本要素的每个家庭的和谐安宁,更事关中华民族的伟大复兴与社会主义事业的兴衰成败。“八荣八耻”的社会主义荣辱观包含了追求知识、热爱科学的内容,也包含了在社会中如何立足和增强竞争力的各种基本道德规范要求,因而开展社会主义荣辱观教育能够帮助大学生树立正确的价值取向,能够重新确立高校思想政治教育的优势地位,能够加速高校思想政治教育校园环境的优化发展。新时代的大学生只有树立正确的荣辱观才能避免道德价值取向的严重错位,从而在正确的荣辱观指导下健康成长。在新世纪里,我们的德育工作者要以敏锐的职业触角去捕捉大学生道德教育面临的重大问题和研究课题,要针对大学生思想道德状况中存在的问题实际,与时俱进,开拓创新,努力构建大学生社会主义荣辱观教育的新体系、新模式,以便使我们的教育工作更好地体现时代性,把握规律性,富于创造性。大学生荣辱观教育要增强针对性,提高实效性,应坚持“六个结合”的工作原则,即:坚持教书与育人相结合的原则、教育与自我教育相结合的原则、知与行相结合的原则、内容和方法相结合的原则、教育与管理相结合的原则、继承优良传统与改进创新相结合的原则。与其同时,还应加强德育载体建设,为大学生社会主义荣辱观教育的实施打造课堂教育、社会实践、校园文化、网络教育、服务咨询等五个方面的教育平台。大学生社会主义荣辱观教育是一项长期任务,不可能一蹴而就,而是要把握大学生社会主义荣辱观教育的“四个环节”,从思想认识、队伍建设、措施方法、评价标准等方面建立一整套长效机制,长期、持久地抓好落实,通过艰苦、细致、扎实的工作,通过全社会的共同努力,让大学生明荣辱之分,做当荣之事,拒为辱之行,自觉养成“八荣八耻”行为习惯,培养高素质的大学生。更多还原

【Abstract】 The General Secretary Hu Jintao’s speech about the view on honor and disgrace, is not only the succession to the excellent traditional morality in China but also the grasp of the developmental pulse of contemporary Chinese society and the spirit of the times. It has a strong power of shock and guidance, is more adaptable, more operational and more compatible with the reality of the grass roots. Therefore, the speech is of great directive value to the training of innovative persons with high quality at college, having pointed out the direction for the college to further strengthen the ideological and political work and moral construction. Colleges, as the cradle of cultivating the high-quality persons and an important place of knowledge-innovation, ought to walk in the front of history in promoting and practicing the socialistic view on honor and disgrace and play the role of guidance, demonstration and radiation effectively.With“Eight honors and eight shames”as its main contents, the socialistic view on honor and disgrace not only absorbs the essence of the traditional view but also is appropriate to the requirements of the times. So it is the unification of traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and the spirits of the time and very pertinent to the reality. The view is the core contents of strengthening the ideological and moral education at college because of its crystallization on the most basic value-orientation and codes of behavior at the primary stage of socialism in our country. The Chinese nation is a great nation with an excellent moral tradition. And the traditional ideas of moral education attach special importance to the teaching of consciousness of shame, which has accumulated in people’s deep heart and been assimilated in people’s moral practice. The Chinese Communist Party has always placed great emphasis on role of correct view on honor and disgrace in the revolution, construction and reform. It is just on the basis of summing up past experience in constructing the socialistic morality and instructing the view on honor and disgrace that Comrade Hu Jintao brought forth the socialistic view on honor and disgrace with“Eight honors and eight shames”as its main contents to adapt to the new requirements of the times and social progress. At present, in order to promote people’s full-scale development in the process of keeping the economic and social development and promote the comprehensive progress of society through people’s full-scale development, it is very important to advocate and establish socialistic view on honor and disgrace. In a sense, it is innate in the construction of harmonious society, the urgent demands of the formation of socialistic advanced culture and the core contents of socialistic moral construction.Being outstanding among the young and a special group in society, undergraduates undertake the lofty mission of the socialistic modernization with Chinese characteristics and hold a bright future of the Chinese nation. Whether the various trends and problems with regard to the undergraduates’ideological and moral qualities and the view on honor and disgrace can be properly resolved is related to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the success or failure of the socialistic cause and the peace and harmony of each family. The socialistic view on honor and disgrace with“Eight honors and eight shames”as its main contents includes both the pursuit of knowledge and love of science and all the qualities required to stand in the society and enhance competitiveness, playing a positive role in guiding students to grow up and become a useful person. Carrying out the education of the socialistic view on honor and disgrace can help the undergraduates set up the right value-orientation, reestablish the superiority of the college in the ideological and political education and accelerate the optimization and development of environment on campus. The transition of the age is always closely linked with the responsibility of the youth, so only by establishing the right view on honor and disgrace can undergraduates in the new age avoid the serious dislocation of their moral value-orientation and only under the guidance of the right view on honor and disgrace can they grow up healthily.In the new century, in order to make the education embody the times better, follow the law and be creative, the moral educators should capture the major issues and research programs facing moral education in college with keen career consciousness, keep up with times and blaze new trails in light of the real problems existing in the undergraduate ideology and morality. In respect of education on the socialistic view on honor and disgrace among the undergraduates in new age, we should follow the basic rules of moral education, that is, to insist on the "Six connections," to build "five platforms" and to grasp "the four areas", so as to guide the undergraduates to make right moral choice, to have the courage to bear moral responsibility, to make a healthy choice in the period of multi-value conflict and improve their moral quality and culture. Principle is the yardstick of thought and behavior. So only grasping the principle can the direction be clear and the effect be obvious. In order to strengthen the pertinence and improve the effectiveness in the education of the socialistic view on honor and disgrace among the undergraduates, we should adhere to the "six of" principles, which are as follows: to combine teaching with cultivation, education with self-education, knowledge with practice, content with method, education with management, inheritance of the excellent traditions with improvement and innovation. At the same time, we should also strengthen the construction of carrier for moral education pointedly, emphatically and purposefully, and take flexible, diverse and feasible measures to deepen the education of the socialistic view on honor and disgrace so as to set up a solid, effective, all-around and stereo platform for it including classroom education, social practice, campus culture, network education and advisory service. The education of the socialistic view on honor and disgrace among the undergraduates is a great project with strategic significance, which can not be accomplished overnight, but be through long-lasting grasp and implementation by constructing a whole set of mechanism with long-term effect from the aspects such as awareness, team building, measures and methods and criteria for evaluationThe education of the socialistic view on honor and disgrace among the undergraduates is a long-term historical task, which can be achieved only by the educators’hard, delicate and solid work and the common efforts of the whole society, with an aim to make the undergraduates be aware of the discrepancy between the honor and disgrace, do the honorable things, refuse to do the disgraceful things, get into the habit of behaving according to the“eight honors and eight shames”and really establish the socialistic view on honor and disgrace, and at last become the qualified builders and reliable successors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.更多还原
