【摘要】 “现代大学制度”是现阶段我国高等教育研究中的一个热点问题。目前国内关于现代大学制度的研究主要是从教育学科的视角来研究,很少从制度学的视角来研究,还主要是基于“大学”本位的研究,缺乏“制度”本位的研究。鉴于此,本文试图从新制度经济学的角度,运用委托—代理理论与制度变迁理论来研究现代大学制度,寻求我国现代大学制度建构的有效途径。全文共分五部分,导言部分介绍了本文的选题缘由、研究思路以及相关概念界定。第一部分首先对新制度经济学进行简要的介绍,为下文分析框架的展开做好铺垫。第二部分从制度概念的适用性和新制度经济学理论的适用性两个方面阐述将新制度经济学应用于现代大学制度建设的可行性,第三部分以制度变迁理论为理论依据构建大学制度建设的分析框架,第四部分通过对我国大学制度的历史梳理,分析我国大学制度演变的特征,指明我国现行大学制度存在的弊端及当前制度变革的困境;最后针对我国现行大学制度存在的弊端指出我国当前建立现代大学制度的重点与任务,运用委托代理理论与制度变迁理论并结合我国的现实国情,探讨我国现代大学制度建构的有效途径。本研究主要是以大学内部制度为研究对象,围绕大学理念、大学内部治理结构以及大学运行机制相关问题展开。笔者认为我国现代大学制度建设首先要从大学文化的塑造和大学理念的培育入手,形成良好的文化氛围和制度环境,重点以大学内部治理结构和大学运行机制建设为主,以政府强制性推动为先导,采用渐进性的改革策略,由点及面,逐步推进。更多还原

【Abstract】 The modern university system (MUS) is one of the favored topics in the present-day HE studies. The studies about the MUS are mainly concentrated on the education discipline, short of the study about system discipline, and while the researches on the modern university system are based on the university, not based on the system. According to this, the article tries to study MUS in the view of new institutional economics, applies agency by agreement theory and system to recollect the effective approach of construction MUS.The content includes five chapters and its introduction. The introduction part has introduced the cause of the selected topic, the boundary studying method, studying significance and the relevance concept has fixed. Chapter one carries out a briefing on new system economics first, its analytical framework is ready for bedding. Chapter two explains the serviceability from conceptual serviceability of system and new system economics theory to set forth the feasibility applying new system economics to modern university formulating, Chapter three takes the institution change theory as the analytical framework, Chapter four analyses our country university system evolution characteristic, shows clearly the difficult position that abuse and current system that our country there exists in university system currently, Chapter five discusses the effective approach to establish a modern university system with Chinese characteristics .This research takes the university interior system as the researching object, centers on the university idea, the university internal government structure as well as the university operation mechanism related question launches. The author thinks that modern our country university formulating essential rules and regulations is going to start with university culture molding and university idea cultivating first, atmosphere and system environment forming fine culture, priority gives first place to governing structure and university operating mechanism construction in the inside of university , take that government mandatory drives as guide, adopt the incrementality reformation tactics , improve gradually from point to face.更多还原
