基础摩擦滑移隔震体系若干实用技术开发与研究

【摘要】 基础摩擦滑移隔震是一种人们较早付诸于实践的隔震措施,但因为它还存在缺陷使其至今未能很的推广应用,并且基础摩擦滑移隔震体系中具有重要地位的摩擦力模型一般由一些非连续或非完全连续的函数表达,也缺乏滑移隔震计算软件或程序,给工程的计算和分析带来了一定困难,实际工程的计算期待有简化的方法,本文就其中某些问题展开研究,内容如下:首先,陈述了国内外隔震技术的发展历史和应用现状,分析了隔震体系的工作原理以及隔震技术的分类,指出了目前摩擦滑移隔震技术中存在的关键问题,就当前面临的问题,确定了文本的研究的主要内容。其次,针对当前摩擦滑移隔震存在的体系难以起滑的问题,提出一种新的复合隔震装置——液压千斤顶和摩擦滑移体系结合,并且从液压千斤顶的工作原理和改造方法、承载力、自溃、施工安装和抗风几个方面进行了可行性研究。然后,在基本假定的基础上建立了单自由度和多自由度基础滑移隔震体系简化模型,并推导了其振动方程。确定了体系的两种不同的运动状态,分析不同运动状态的特征。然后从一般条件入手分析了滑移隔震体系的频率特性和阻尼特性,并研究了隔震层刚度对它们的影响。在隔震体系的分析方法上重点推导了三种直接积分方法。分析了常用的摩擦力模型,通过对连续指数摩擦力模型进一步改进,实现了模型的完全连续化。接着,根据我国的《抗震规范》和人工地震波模拟理论,编写了模拟人工地震波的程序;通过引入MatrixVB函数库,用VB编写了滑移隔震的计算仿真分析程序,程序中引入了较好的图形处理功能和良好的用户界面,有较好的实用性,并通过算例验证了程序的适用性。最后通过算例考察了本文提出的复合隔震装置的可行性。再者,在现有振型分解方法和有关基本体系的理论的基础上,探讨了振型分解法在滑移隔震体系中的应用,并研究了可简化计算的振型反应谱理论。最后,总结了本文研究内容,展望了仍面临的问题。

【Abstract】 Sliding base isolation by friction, a isolation which is tried early. However, because of some defect, it is not yet generalized. And, the friction model that is important in sliding base isolation system is expressed by discontinuous or imperfectly continuous function. Moreover, the software or program is scarce, which brings some difficulty to calculation and analyze. The simple calculating methods are needed in factual projects. In the paper, some problems are researched, contents including:Firstly, history and application of isolation technique is stated, the working principle of isolation system and types of isolation technique is analyzed, nowadays key problems in sliding isolation are showed, corroding to the problems which are faced now days, main contents researched in the paper are determined .Secondly, a new multiple isolation equipment—hydraulic jack and friction sliding system are combined. And, considering following aspects of it, working principle, improvement method, bearing capacity, self-collapse, installation in construction and wind resistance, feasibility of hydraulic jack are studied.Thirdly, the simple model of single-degree-of-freedom and multiple-degree-of-freedom sliding base isolation are built, according to basic hypothesis, and vibration equations are deduced. Tow motion states of the system are defined, characteristic of which is analyzed. And then, frequency characteristic and dumping characteristic are analyzed corroding to general condition, influence of isolation layer rigid on them is studied. About the methods for analyzing isolation system, third immediate integration methods are principally deduced. The ordinary friction models are analyzed, completely continuous model is come true by way of improving continuous explosion friction model. Then, based on "Code for seismic design of buildings" and the methods for simulating artificial seismic wave, the program for simulating artificial earthquake wave is finished. The program for calculating and analyzing sliding isolation system is completed by introducing MatrixVB function library, which enhances the graphics function of the program and offers favorable user interface, and it is very practicable. And, the feasibility of program is proved by calculating an example.Moreover, based on available mode superposition method and elementary sliding base-isolated system, mode superposition method is applied to sliding isolation, and, mode response spectrum method is studied for simplifying calculation.Finally, conclusion is made, and problems facing us are put forward.
