滚压参量对变形铝合金表面性状影响的研究

【摘要】 本文主要围绕通过滚压方法实现在铝合金表面制备超细晶材料这个大方向,进行以TTL个方面的基础研究:利用自制简易装置,对铝合金(LY12)进行了滚压试验,探讨了滚压对LY12表面性状的初步影响;运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对滚压过程进行了有限元分析,讨论了力、滚压速度和滚压道次对材料表面性状的影晌规律,最后在ANSYS界面中开发了一个简易滚压系统,简易滚压系统对探讨材料在滚压过程中,外部因素作用的实验研究方面,提供了一定的指导作用。研究结果表明:金属材料表面滚压处理的运用对金属表面的显微组织和力学性能均有影响,LY12经自制简易滚压设备滚压处理后,表面晶粒得到了细化,表面硬度平均可提高到110HV左右。ANSYS有限元分析认为:被滚压材料表面塑性变形层的厚度与力的大小关系大。滚压道次对被滚压材料表面的总塑性应变量有很大的影响。综上所述,滚压力的大小和滚压次数的多少可能是导致表面晶粒能够产生细化的主要影响因素。这对今后金属材料表面运用滚压方法来细化表面晶粒具有一定的启示作用。
【Abstract】 This article mainly surround the direction which using the method ofrolling for the preparation of the ultrafine grained on the aluminum alloysurface, carrying on several foundation researches as follows: making useof self-made simple device, rolling on the surface of the aluminum metalalloy(LY12),discussing the elementary influence of the LY12 by rolling,use the software of ANSYS to analyze the process of rolling, fordiscussing the influenced rules caused by the rolling parameters on thematerial surface, such as force, rolling velocity, repeating numbers.The analytical results indicate: rolling on the material surface haveinfluence to both of micro-structure and mechanical capability. After therolling disposal, extemal grains were defined, surface rigidity add to110HV.The analysis of ANSYS deem: the thickness of deformationrelate to force evidently, the numbers of circle have remarkableinfluence, in the word, the main reasons of the define of grain areforce and circular numbers. The results have heuristic function when use rolling method to define grains on the metal surface in the future,at last we emboldened a system of simple rolling for improving theefficiency effectively on the interface ofANSYS. It has a certainguiding significance on studying the function of exterior parameteron rolling.
