【摘要】 全球化是当代世界经济不可逆转的发展趋势，关系到世界各国政府的决策和普通公民的切身利益，其影响已日益为国际社会所广泛关注。医药业是国民经济的重要组成部分，与人民群众的生命健康和生活质量等切身利益密切相关，我国已成为世界上发展最快的医药市场之一。医药经济已进入高速增长阶段，总量增长迅速，产业规模明显扩大；经过改革开放20多年来的快速发展，我国已经形成了比较完备的医药工业体系和医药流通网络，成为世界医药生产大国和原料药出口大国之一；已初步形成了以股份经济为主体，国有经济和三资经济共同发展，民营经济、私营经济和集体经济互动的多元化经济格局；科技进步促进了我国医药业的持续发展；企业组织结构日益改善，现代企业制度逐步建立，产业集中度提高；对外贸易保持快速发展势头。但是与发达国家医药业相比，我国医药业发展还存在很多严重的问题，如：企业数目多规模小；新药研发投入不足，研发能力薄弱；产品结构不合理化，行业亏损严重；国际分工中位于产业价值链低端，国际市场占有率低；知识产权保护不容乐观。医药业是关系到人类健康的生命产业，具有广阔的发展前景。通过SWOT对我国医药业参与全球化的态势分析和战略方案匹配的优化筛选，本文提出了我国医药业在全球化趋势下发展的三个对策：①实施国际化经营。②医药业应积极苦练内功，通过竞争合作的发展模式，整合整个医药业的资源。③不断创新，探讨跨国研发模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The globalization is the unavoidable developing trend of the world modern economy. It isclosely connected with the strategic decision of different countries and the benefit of thecommon people, furthermore, its influence has been noticed by the international society.As avery important part of the national economy, the medical industry plays a crucial role in thehealth of the human beings & the life level of the residents. Chinese medical market hasbecome one of the fastest market in the world, and the medical economy has entered into ahighly developing period. The gross is increasing rapidly, the industry scale becomesenlarging. After the 20 years’ rapid development, it has been forming a very complete medicalindustrial system and medical circulation net in China, and has become one of the biggestmedical countries and exporters of raw material. It begins to form a a specially diversifiedeconomic structure with stock economy as main line, national economy and foreigninvestment to support, with the private economy and collective economy. The scientific &technological improvement accelerates the continuous development of Chinese medicalindustry. The structure of enterprise’s organization has been improved, the modem enterprisesystem is gradually developing. The concentrating trend of medical industry is strengthening.The exporting business keeps the rapid development. But comparing to the other developedcountries, Chinese medical industry still has lots of serious problems, such as: with largequantity of medicine styles, but small scale, less investment in the new medicines, weakstudying ability, unreasonable product structure, the industry is in the loss situation, withoutprofit; our occupying rate of international market is low, intellectual property right is notpleasant. As an important industry for the health of human beings, the medical industry has abroad developing future. By the way of SWOT, this paper is analyzing the developing trend ofChinese midicine participating to the globalization economy & the best choice of strategicscheme. This essay points out three methods:①implementing the internationalizationoperation②integrating all medical resources by the competitive cooperation model.③creating continuously, and exploring transnational research model.更多还原
