金属材料表层滚压设备的研制

【摘要】 金属材料表面经多次滚压可产生严重的塑性变形,进而有望使其获得亚微米甚至纳米尺度的超细小晶粒。本文着重研制出一种能够对金属材料表面实施较高速度、多道次滚压的金属材料表面滚压设备,为今后深入研究金属材料表面组织经滚压处理后有关组织的演变、性能特征及其应用等问题,提供必要的条件。本文主要工作如下:1.对设备的设计过程当中,始终本着运用现代设计理论及方法指导实践的思想。将设备所希望实现的功能分别独立成各个功能模块,并使各个功能模块分别具备各自独特的功能特色,在后期的方案制定中将这些功能模块进行合理组合,以形成不同结构布局的设备设计方案,之后再运用优化设计的方法,从各方案中选择最优的方案作为设备最终的设计方案;2.借助于ANSYS有限元分析软件,对滚压设备进行分析;3.对设备关键部件如上辊轴、试样支撑轴和下辊轴及其组合结构分别进行模态分析;4.将优化设计、设计方法学、计算机辅助设计、动态设计、有限元法、工业艺术造型设计、模块化设计、人机工程等新兴理论与方法融合进设备结构方案的确定和设计过程当中,同时指导后期设备的加工制作。整个工作中尽可能做到运用科学、准确的设计思想指导设备设计,从而提高设备生产效率,降低制作成本。本文的成果及设备主要实现的功能如下:1.设备能够提供0~40000N的输出压力载荷,对试样表面的滚压力恒定、平稳,同时可以通过数据记录系统读取输出压力的数值;2.设备能够提供0~1250r/mim的输出速度,对试样表面的滚压速度可以达到10km/h,最高可以达到12km/h,输出转速连续、可调,同时可以通过数据记录系统读取电机输出转速;3.设备在实验室运行表明,该设备运行平稳,输出压力稳定,输出速度均匀,为课题项目进一步深入、系统的研究提供了保证。

【Abstract】 Sequentially rolling and pressing force can make the surface of metal material produce big strain. Further more, it may make the surface of metal material become super scrappy grain with submicron scale or even nanoscale. This dissertation focuses on the equipment research, which can roll and press the surface of metal material with higher velocity and multi-pass rolling. It can provide the necessary conditions for the further research about organization evolution, performance characteristic and application of the surface of metal material after rolling.The main work in this dissertation is as follows:In the equipment design process, the modern design theory and methods are always used to guide practice. Several functional modules are separately designed to achieve the special function. And these functional modules have their own particular functions. During the later projects framing, these functional modules are assembled to form the different structural projects. After that, by the optimizing method, selecting the best design project from all projects, the final project is confirmed;The software of ANSYS finite element analysis method is used to design roll-press equipment;Model shape analysis are used for key part, such as top axis assembly、specimen axis assembly、and bottom axis assembly;Some new theory and method are used to guide structure project of equipment, equipment design and equipment machining by using modern design method, which are optimization design, methodology of design, CAD, Dynamic design, finite element method, industrial art sculpt design, modularization design, man-machine engine etc. In order to improve the producing efficiency and reduce cost of equipment manufacture, some scientific, accurate design ideas are adopted to guide of equipment design.The research result of this dissertation and the main function of the equipment are as follows:1.The equipment can offer output pressure load from 0 to 40000N. The rolling pressure on the surface of specimen is constant and smooth, and the data of output load can be recorded by the data record system;2.The equipment can offer output speed from 0~1250 r/min. The rolling speed on the surface of specimen can reach 10km/h, and the greatest speed can reach 12km/h. The output speed is constant and adjustable, and the data of output speed of the engineer can be recorded by the data record system; 3.The operation of the equipment indicate it work smoothly and its output speed is stability.
