【摘要】 师生关系是教育活动中最基本的关系,对教育效果及学生成长有着重要影响,它一直是教育研究的重心之一。但以前关于师生关系的研究主要针对中小学进行,对大学师生关系的研究,无论是国内还是国外研究成果还为数甚少。大学作为社会主义和谐社会重要组成部分,应是体现社会主义大学本质的、现代的、新型的和谐大学。作为大学核心角色的教师和学生,他们的人际关系模式既决定着人才培养的质量,又关系着高等教育发展的方向,大学师生关系应该呈现出宽容、和谐、平等、交流、互动的特征。因此,关于大学师生关系的研究是一个很有意义的课题。本研究由四部分构成:第一部分导言,对本研究的相关问题予以说明,包括研究背景、研究意义、研究的目的和研究思路。第二部分是本研究的理论基础。首先阐释了大学和谐师生关系的涵义和特征,然后论证了大学和谐师生关系的重要意义,即大学和谐师生关系是中华民族的优良传统;对大学生的成长成材有着重要影响作用;也是大学教师的天职和使命。第三部分,在文献分析、调查访谈的基础上透视了目前我国大学师生的现状。师生关系功利化、师生感情淡漠化、师生交流被动化、教师地位权威化是我国大学师生关系存在的主要问题。笔者从社会、学校、大学教师、大学生四个方面探讨了影响师生关系不和谐的因素。第四部分,提出构建大学和谐师生关系的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic educational relationship, it plays important role for effective teaching and the students growth, the research on it has always be one of critical parts in edcation research area. But before the study mainly aims at the elementary and middle school, the research achivments on the relationship between university teachers and students is few regardless of home and overseas.As the important parts of harmonious society, The university should be harmonious and modern which manifest the essence of socialism university, As the university core role for teachers and the students, the relationship pattern between them decides the quality of talents-cultivating and the development direction of the higher education. the characteristic of relationship between university teachers and students should be tolerant,harmonious,equal,exchange,interactional.Therefore, the research on the relationship between university teachers and students is significant topic.The study consists of four parts. The first part is introduction, it explains the questions related the research including the research background, research significance, research goal and research guideline. The second part is the basic theory .First it explains the implication of harmonious relationship between university teachers and students and its characteristic, then it provens its vital significance, namely the harmonious relationship between university teachers and students is Chinese nation’s fine tradition, it has the important influence on university student’s growth; Also it is the university teachers’occupation.Third part, on the basis of literature analysis and investigation, it analyses present situation of the relationship between university teachers and students in our country university., the main problem is that the relationship is becoming utility,indifferently, Passive and unequally.
