【摘要】 随着“树立科学发展观”、“构建社会主义和谐社会”、“弘扬社会主义荣辱观”等一系列国家大政方针的提出以及北京奥运的临近,如何更好地发挥道德作用,提升人们的道德水平和整个民族的人文素质,成为21世纪初我国道德建设研究的重要内容之一。体育道德作为社会主义道德体系中不可缺少的一个内容,是社会主义精神文明建设的重要方面,不仅直接影响到体育事业的健康发展,还会对社会的稳定与进步起着不可忽视的作用。近年来,在党和政府的高度重视下,我国的体育道德建设有了明显的进步。但是,由于利益的驱使,自身要求不严,以及社会上各种不良风气的影响,体育道德建设还存在许多问题。加强体育道德建设,是历史的要求,是时代的召唤。本文试运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,运用发展理念、借鉴社会伦理学的相关知识,依据新世纪初社会发展的新需要及国家政策方针的要求,正视目前我国体育道德所面临的问题,分析其原因及不良体育道德对社会的危害,从而寻求加强体育道德建设的基本对策。不良体育道德的产生有多种原因,本文主要从社会公德的影响、制度建设的滞后、市场经济的冲击及传统的体育观念的影响四方面原因进行阐述。同时,不良体育道德现象具有相当大的危害性,它会给整个社会带来许多负面作用,其发生和蔓延将对我国社会的健康发展产生极大的消极影响。笔者主要从败坏社会风气、阻碍社会主义精神文明建设及影响体育事业的健康发展三方面进行论述。在此情况下,加强体育道德建设成为社会健康发展必不可少的内容。本文除了提出加强体育道德的制度化、法制化建设等基本解决对策外,还着重提出了三大解决对策:一是建立和完善体育道德评价体系,促进体育道德的发展;二是加强体育文化建设,促进体育道德的发展;三是弘扬中华传统体育精神和奥林匹克精神,促进体育道德的发展。加强体育道德建设,不仅对于我国体育事业的健康发展,而且对于树立科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会、弘扬社会主义荣辱观以及办好北京奥运都有十分重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With a series of national policies such as“Building up the Scientific View of Development”,“Constructing Harmonious Socialist Society”, and Establishing Socialist concept of Honor and Disgrace being executed by the national government and Beijing Olympics drawing near, some crucial issues in the morality construction research in China in the early 21st century are concerned with how to exert greater influence of morality and to enhance the moral level and the human culture qualities of the whole nation. AS one of the indispensable parts of the socialist moral system and a crucial issue in the socialist spiritual civilization, the Sport morality exerts direct influence on the scientific development of the Chinese sports undertakings and plays a critical role in the social stability and advancement. Recent years has witnessed conspicuous improvement in the sport morality construction in China, thanks to the great importance attached to this issue by the Communist Party and our national government. However, being interest-driven and in lack of proper self-perception and strict requirement and corrupted by different kinds of unhealthy social ethos, there still exist various kinds of problems in the sports morality construction. Enhancing the construction of sports morality is the call of history and the mission of the Era. By virtue of a combined method of literature review, logic analysis, interview and the development theory, on the basis of the relevant knowledge of developing ethnics and the new requirement of the social development and national policies and guidelines in the 21st century, this thesis tries to probe directly into the problems in the current sport morality in China. It also intends to analyze the causes and the harm to the society brought about by the unhealthy sports morality, and to explore the effective ways to enhance the sport morality construction. The thesis expounds the inevitable causes of the unhealthy sports morality from the following four perspectives: the impact of the social morality and of market economy, restraint of system construction and of the traditional sports ideology. On the other hand, it also indicates that the emergence and deterioration of unhealthy sports morality will bring about great harm to the whole society and have great adverse impact on the scientific development of our society, which is illustrated in detail as corrupting the social ethos, preventing from constructing socialist spiritual civilization and hindering the scientific development of the sports undertakings. Under such circumstances, the social development necessitates the enhancement of the sports morality construction. Apart from the suggestions for the better construction of the systematization and legalization of sport morality, the thesis also puts forward three other ways to further develop the sport morality specifically. The first is to establish and perfect the evaluation system of the sport morality; the second to strengthen the construction of sport culture and the third to enhance the spirits of the Chinese traditional sports and of Olympics. To construct better sport morality is of great significance to the scientific development of the Chinese sports undertakings, to full achievement of the Scientific View of Development, to the construction of the harmonious socialist society and to the endeavor to inspire the humanistic Olympic Games.更多还原
