【摘要】 由于市场竞争的加剧和顾客需求的快速变化,制造企业特别是开发生产大型复杂产品的企业,对产品结构管理提出了新的需求。而基于PDM构架的产品结构管理是企业信息化支持平台上必不可少的核心功能,论文研究的目的就是从企业产品设计管理需求出发,重点研究产品结构管理的方法及实现技术,提升PDM系统适用性,解决企业在对产品设计进行信息化管理时大量存在的问题。PDM是一项新的管理思想和技术,可以定义为以软件技术为基础,以产品为核心,实现对产品相关的数据、过程、资源一体化集成管理的技术。本文阐述了产品数据管理(PDM)的定义、发展、体系结构、功能,论述了在企业中的地位,以及PDM技术的应用状况,而且还详细介绍了产品结构树的建立、产品配置管理、数据查询、数据共享、安全保密及用户操作权限的管理等具体功能的实现,满足了部门内部对产品数据的共享、查询和保存管理等需求。基于以上的研究,论文以太原风险投资项目“实用型产品数据管理系统”为实例,深入研究了PDM中最为重要的产品结构和配置管理功能模块,分析了与产品结构和配置有关的各种数据对象间的关系,阐述了产品结构树建立的技术依据和思想,并给出了具体功能的实现方法。最后,本文对PDM技术的发展作了展望。随着新技术的不断发展以及企业新需求的不断提出, PDM产品将更趋向于人性化、适用性、可操作性和科学化。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the result of increasing market competition and rapid change of customer’s requirements, manufacturing enterprises especially those, develop and produce large and complex products, promote new requirements against product structure management. Practically product structure management base on PDM architecture is one absolutely necessary core function of enterprise e-manufacturing supporting platform. This thesis therefore steps from the requirements of enterprise product design management and focus on studies on theory, method and implementation technology of product structure management improve PDM systems’applicability, which is expected to offer a solution for vast problems in information management upon enterprise product design. PDM is a new idea and technology of management. PDM can be defined that it is based on software technology and cored with product which can fulfill integration management to the data that associate to product include data, process and resource.This article has expounded the definition of PDM (product data management), development, system framework and function. It has discussed that the status of PDM in an enterprise and the application status of PDM. The paper gives a detailed introduction of how the product structure tree is established, product configuration management, data enquiry, data sharing, security and secrecy and the management of users’operation rights.Based on above research, the paper has given an example of“Applied Product Data Management System”which is Taiyuan risk investment item. The important model of PDM is the model of product structure management and the model of product configure management. They have been researched deeply in this article. The connection between each sort of data object associating with the product data and product configure has been analyzed. The bases of technology and thinking of the foundation of product structure tree has been expounded. The fulfilling method has been given.Finally, this paper makes a prospect of the development of PDM technology. With the demand of constant development and new requirements of enterprises for the new technology, PDM products will tend to be more humanized, suitable, operative and scientific.更多还原
