【摘要】 世界经济全球化、区域经济一体化成为现今世界经济发展的两大潮流。加快国内区域经济协调发展成为我国经济发展的重要议题之一，并且写入了我国十五规划和十一五规划中。本文主要从制度经济学的角度分析泛珠三角区域经济合作与发展的制度创新问题。在总结前人研究成果和结论的基础上，系统构建了泛珠三角区域合作的制度创新框架，根据制度创新的动力、主体、进程和路径依赖等分析了泛珠三角区域合作现有模式的特点，剖析了泛珠三角区域合作存在的问题及制度创新的思路。研究方法上，本文运用博弈论的分析工具，以政府间利益机制为主要研究对象，分析了制约制度创新的瓶颈是利益机制和实施机制的缺失，实现各个参与主体的利益平衡和共赢是合作稳定的保障。本文主要包括四个部分。导言主要论述了相关的国内外理论和实证的研究综述；第二章针对文章要论述的主题进行了理论框架的分析；第三章分析了泛珠三角区域经济合作现有的制度框架及存在的问题；第四章针对存在的问题，提出一些制度创新的研究思路和政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The world’s economy globalization and the region economic integration has become the two main currents of the world’s economy development. Under the tendency of the rapid development of the global region economy, speeding up the domestic region economy coordinated development has become one of the important subjects, which can be read in both the tenth and the eleventh plan in our country.This article mainly analyzes economic cooperation and development of PPRD from the institutional economic. In summarizes of the predecessor research results, the article builds the systemic innovation frame of the PPRD economic cooperation and development, and analyzes the particularity of the PPRD according to the motivation, the main body and the advancement of the system innovation. Synthesizing the existed problems and providing the suggestion to solve the problems. This article will utilize the game theory as an analysis tool, and discuss limited conditions which restrict the institutional innovation of the PPRD. Make a conclusion: the scarcity of benefit mechanism and the implementation mechanism.This article mainly includes four parts. The introduction mainly elaborated the related domestic and foreign theories and the real diagnosis research summary; The second chapter has carried on the theory frame analysis in view of the subject which the article had to elaborate; The third chapter analyzed the existing system frame of exuded the bead triangle region economic cooperation and the questions existed; The fourth chapter proposes some research mentality for system innovation and the policy suggestion in view of the questions existed.更多还原
