【摘要】 在当代世界经济一体化发展中，经济全球化和区域经济一体化并行发展，是不可逆转的两股趋势。在蓬勃发展的区域经济一体化中，欧洲经济一体化可以算作是比较成功的典范。研究欧盟经济一体化的进程和其关税同盟区的扩大所带来的经济和贸易效应，对中国政府目前和未来的区域合作战略具有重要的借鉴价值，同时，也为国际经济学关于一体化理论的研究提供新鲜丰富的实证资料。本文在对经济一体化理论尤其是关税同盟理论的理论观点综述后，在对国内外学者已有的实证研究归纳总结的基础上，分析了欧盟东扩的贸易创造效应和贸易转移效应，并结合中国的情况分析了对中国的影响，设定理论模型并进行相应的实证检验，得出了中欧贸易之间贸易转移效应不明显的结论，同时分析了产生这种结果可能的各种原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economic integration, the economic globalization and regional economic integration grow very fast, In the highly developed regional economical integration, European Union is one of the most successful models. To study on the European economic integration and the effect of the expansion of customs union brings to the economic and trade, makes great importance to Chinese government for making regional cooperation decision. Meanwhile, it provides some new materials to the study of international economy especially economic integration.This paper does certain research on the relationship between customs unions’ expansion and foreign trade. First, it generalizes relative theories of economic integration, then on the basis of the practice of European’s enlargement, this paper analyses the effect of European’s eastern enlargement on Sino-EU’s bilateral trade. According to the theory of Customs Union, trade-diversion effect which brought by EU’s eastern enlargement would has negative effect on China’s export to the EU. But the fact is not actually like this. This paper consider different possible factors, explaining the reason of this phenomenon.更多还原
