【摘要】 生态旅游是传统大众旅游的一种替代旅游方式，它强调对生态旅游资源和环境的保护。然而生态旅游的出现也是一个利弊并存的现象，通过科学合理的规划与有效的管理，开展生态旅游能够保持生态系统的稳定和促进环境的保护，反之开展生态旅游也会造成生态系统的破坏，因此，生态旅游区科学的规划与有效的管理是生态旅游获得成功的关键。而生态旅游区资源管理是生态旅游区管理中的一个重要组成部分，是成功地保护生态旅游区的生态、社会、经济和文化价值的一个关键。但是国内外目前对生态旅游区资源管理的研究还较为薄弱，系统性研究生态旅游区资源管理的文献较少，这与生态旅游发展对旅游资源管理理论研究的要求是严重不相符的。本文对生态旅游区资源管理的研究正是基于这样的背景提出来的。本文综合运用了经济学、生态经济学、管理学、旅游学等相关学科及当前生态旅游学科最新的理论和方法，采用了文献综合研究、社会调查研究、理论研究与实证研究相结合等方法和技术对生态旅游区的资源管理进行了系统研究。本文总共分为八章：第一章为引言部分。第二章到第六章为正文部分，其中第二章是正文理论研究部分，在这个部分中主要对生态旅游区资源管理的理论基础，包括生态旅游区旅游资源的概念、分类和开发利用，对旅游资源进行管理需要的理论背景等进行了研究；第三章到第六章为正文主干部分，是本文构建的生态旅游区资源管理模式的内容；第七章是实例部分，以福州国家森林公园为例对构建的生态旅游区资源管理模式进行实证分析；第八章对全文进行了总结，并对本文研究的不足之处及需要深入研究的地方作了说明。本文的主要成果包括：对构建生态旅游区资源管理的理论体系进行了研究；创造性的构建了对生态旅游区资源进行管理的模式，提出要通过管理者(政府、旅游资源开发商或经营商、游客和当地社区)、管理对象(旅游资源的分类管理)和管理手段三个方面着手，以期更好的处理旅游资源开发与保护之间的协调关系，为生态旅游区的进一步合理发展提供理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ecotourism is a alternative of mass tourism. It take notice of protecting the resources and environment of ecotourism. But everything have two sides. On the one hand if ecotourist attractions have the scientific plan and effective management, ecotourism will help protect the environment and keep the eco-system stabilize. On the other hand if ecotourist attractions have not, ecotourism will destroy the eco-system. So success in ecotourism must be by way of scientific plan and effective management. Resources management is a important part of the ecotourist attractions management and a crucial factor to protect the ecological, social, economic and cultural value in ecotourist attractions. But at present the research in resources management of ecotourist attractions is weak in China or abroad , not to mention the systemic research. This phenomenon can’t adapt to the demand of ecotourism development. So this paper will try to study the basic theory in resources management.This paper uses theories and methodologies in economics, eco-economics, principles of Management, study of tourism and ecotourism. The methods of study in this paper have synthesize literature, society investigation, combination of theory research and practice research.This paper have eight chapters. Chapter 1 is introduction. Chapter 2 to chapter 6 is the main part in the paper. The chapter is the theory study part, including ecotourist resources conception, sorts, exploitation and utilization. The chapter 3 to chapter 6 is important and the content of the mode of the resources management. In the chapter 7 exert the visitor management theory in the fuzhou country forestry part. In the last chapter summarize main standpoint in the paper and point out some deficiency in the paper.The outcomes in this paper include establishing the research system of resources management, summarizing the mode of ecotourist resources management, which puts forwars the three factors: manager (government, tourist operator, toursists and the community), managed objects(ecotourist resources sorts) and managed measures, expecting to solve the relation between protection and exploitation of the resources and refer to the development of ecotourist.更多还原
