【摘要】 本文从理论上构建了一个分析FDI影响发展中东道国贸易条件变化的新框架。FDI可以通过“国际收支效应”、“工资外溢”、贸易结构效应等影响东道国的价格贸易条件，但在发展中国家劳动力供给一般趋于无限的情况下，FDI实际上难以通过“工资外溢”效应起到改善价格贸易条件的作用。FDI流入发展中国家具有比较优势的部门，能够增加发展中国家的出口数量，改善发展中东道国的收入贸易条件。FDI影响发展中国家贸易条件的核心路径是：提高其出口企业的劳动生产率。FDI一般能够改善发展中东道国的单要素贸易条件，但FDI对双要素贸易条件的影响略为复杂。本文在实证分析后发现，20世纪80年代以来我国价格贸易条件明显恶化，与FDI过度扩张我国的比较优势有关。但由于FDI有效促进了我国出口数量的扩张，收入贸易条件明显改善。FDI通过促进我国技术进步，有效提高了我国制造业的生产效率，单要素贸易条件显著改善，但其影响毕竟有限，因此我国双要素贸易条件表现为波动中恶化。无论从贸易条件还是从经济发展的角度看，FDI流入都是利弊兼有，我国今后利用外资应重点实现四个推进：质量推进、产业推进、地域推进和方式推进。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is an important phenomenon in world economy from 1950’ , that is, foreign direct investment is developing along with international trade, and both of them present the two main motivation of world economy. This phenomenon challenges traditional direct investment theory and trade theory, which developed respectively and seldom intersected before , and makes the two kinds of theory increasing mixed .While the relationship between international investment and international trade is getting more important in today’ s world, related research can not satisfy our need so far. This paper studied the impact of inward FDI on terms of trade in developing countries, a controversial issue up to now. By doing so, this paper tried to find some deep relations between international investment and international trade. Meanwhile, we tried to find the right way of developing countries to deal with their inward FDI and international trade.As the biggest developing country in the world, China has the noticeable inward FDI and international trade these years. FDI inwards in a large scale, and international trade develops rapidly at the same time, how should we explain such a thing? What is the relationship between the inward FDI and international trade of China? And how does the inward FDI affect its international trade in China? This paper discussed all of these questions when we study the impact of inward FDI on terms of trade in developing countries. Through such a discussion, we can know better that how China should arrange her inward FDI and international trade more appropriately.更多还原
