【副题名】以NAFTA与CAFTA为例

【摘要】 近10年来，区域经济一体化发展的一个普遍趋势是，无论是已有的一体化组织还是新成立的一体化组织，它们的合作不再仅仅局限于贸易领域，而是尝试在其他领域尤其是投资领域寻求更为广泛的合作。可见，FDI对于成员国乃至整个区域经济发展的作用已受到越来越多的关注。区域经济一体化FDI理论均以发达国家区域经济一体化为蓝本，虽然现在也出现了一些有关发展中国家区域经济一体化的FDI理论，但它们的分析有待进一步的具体化和系统化。因此，完善和发展发展中国家区域经济一体化的FDI效应理论，考察发展中国家在各类区域经济一体化之中的FDI效应，探索增进发展中国家参与区域经济一体化FDI效应的最优路径，是本文研究的立足点和试图解决的问题。在对区域经济一体化的FDI效应研究领域的文献进行回顾总结的基础上，本文依据竞争优势理论，从跨国公司对外直接投资的不同动机与东道国影响跨国公司FDI的决定因素角度，进行了全面深入的分析。在实证分析部分，本文选取北美自由贸易区(NAFTA)和中国-东盟自由贸易区(CAFTA)为例，考察发展中国家成员墨西哥、东盟主要成员、中国在其中获得的FDI效应。通过对实证分析结果的归纳和总结，认为提高发展中国家参与区域经济一体化组织投资效应的前提条件是要选择适宜的成员伙伴。根据“竞争优势”的选择准则，高层次的产品差异型竞争优势不仅能够带来更高的收益，而且很难被竞争对手模仿。因此，发展中国家应该选择可以发挥其产品差异性竞争优势的伙伴。中国作为典型的发展中大国，要优化区域经济一体化FDI效应也应选择经济结构为竞争性互补关系的经济一体化成员伙伴作为最优路径选择。同时，本论文还就中国如何通过区域经济一体化提高利用FDI的质量和水平提出相应的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Over the last decade, the universal trend of the development of regional economic integration is that no matter what kind of economic integration organization it is, established or newly-built, their cooperation has gone far beyond the field of trade, tried to search for more extensive cooperation in other fields, especially in the field of foreign direct investment. We can see that, the importance of FDI is to the economic development of the member countries as well as the region as a whole has aroused more and more attention. The most integration of regional economics FDI theory based on developed country, though they could not explain developing country FDI effect exactly. So it is the point of this thesis that improves developing countries FDI theory in regional economics integration by investigating the developing country FDI effect in all kinds of integrations of regional economics, and explores the optimum route that promotes developing countries FDI effect.On the basis of reviews over some related articles on the topic of regional economic integration’s influence of on FDI effect and competition advantage theory .We have carried on overall and deep analysis from two aspects, different motives of multinational corporation’s foreign direct investment and influence the decisive factor angles of the trans-corporation FDI from host country. In the section of empirical analysis, we choose two of the most famous regional economic integration organization, namely North American Free Trade Area (NAFTA) and China—ASEAN Free Trade Area (CAFTA) as example. We investigate FDI effect of developing members : Mexico、the main members of ASEAN and China in NAFTA and CAFTA. Through summing up to analysis result, we think that it is very important for developing countries improve FDI effect to choose suitable member or partner to participate in the integration organization of the regional economy. According to the choice criterion of "competition advantage ", the high-level products difference type competition advantage not only can bring the higher income, it is very difficult to be imitated by the rival. So, developing countries should choose the partners who can develop their products difference competition advantage.China is a typical big developing country, if we want to optimize the integration of regional economics FDI effect, should choose the partner who can form competitive complementary economic structure with us, too. Finally, puts forward some relevant policy and recommendations to improve the utilize quality and level of FDI.更多还原
