【摘要】 采用五因素二次正交回归旋转组合设计，研究不同种植密度和施肥对小麦新品系贵农005的产量和品质的影响。建立了产量与种植密度和施肥，蛋白质含量与种植密度和施肥，湿面筋含量与种植密度和施肥，SDS-沉降值与种植密度和施肥的数学模型；解析了数学模型；指出了各因子的理想搭配模式及其适宜取值范围。从而提出了小麦新品系贵农005不同目的的适宜在栽培技术措施：(1)小麦新品系贵农005高产栽培措施的技术方案为：种植密度208.9万株／hm~2-212.6万株／hm~2，氮肥220.4kg／hm~2-230.2kg／hm~2，磷肥163.9kg／hm~2-172.6kg／hm~2，钾肥107.7kg／hm~2-117.3kg／hm~2，锌肥1.07kg／hm~2-1.145kg／hm~2。(2)小麦新品系贵农005获得高蛋白质含量的栽培措施的技术方案为：种植密度200.8万株／hm~2-215.1万株／hm~2，氮肥220.3kg／hm~2-232.1kg／hm~2，磷肥171.7kg／hm~2-172.6kg／hm~2，钾肥112.5kg／hm~2-118.4kg／hm~2，锌肥0.96kg／hm~2-1.04kg／hm~2。(3)小麦新品系贵农005获得高湿面筋含量的栽培措施的技术方案为：种植密度207.9万株／hm~2-212.1万株／hm~2。氮肥218.9kg／hm~2-231.1kg／hm~2，磷肥164.8kg／hm~2-172.7kg／hm~2，钾肥109.4kg／hm~2-115.6kg／hm~2，锌肥0.96kg／hm~2-1.04kg／hm~2，(4)小麦新品系贵农005获得高SDS-沉降值的栽培措施的技术方案为：种植密度200.8万株／hm~2-205.1万株／hm~2，氮肥220.5kg／hm~2-230.3kg／hm~2，磷肥163.8kg／hm~2-172.8kg／hm~2，钾肥107.1kg／hm~2-112.1kg／hm~2，锌肥1.08kg／hm~2-1.15kg／hm~2。更多还原

【Abstract】 The five-factor quadratic rotational regression combination design was used in this experiment, the influences of different density of crop and fertilizer application to the yield and quality of the new wheat strain named Guinong 005 has been studied. The mathematical models of the yield and density of crop and fertilizer application, the protein content and the density of crop and fertilizer application, the wet gluten content and the density of crop and fertilizer application, the SDS- sedimentation number and density of crop and fertilizer application have been established; the mathematical models also have been analyzed; The ideal matches pattern of various factors and their suitable the value scope have been pointed out.
