五项栽培措施对麦烟套作中烟叶主要化学组分的影响

【摘要】 采用五因素二次正交回归旋转组合设计,研究不同株距,氮素,打顶时间,硼肥,IAA对烤烟品质的影响。建立了株距,氮素,打项时问,硼肥,IAA与烤烟品质的数学模型;解析了数学模型;指出了各因子的理想搭配模式及其适宜取值范围。从而提出了提高烤烟品质适宜配套技术措施。结果表明:株距,氮肥,打顶,IAA单效应对烟碱含量有一定的的影响,株距和硼肥,氮肥和硼肥,氮肥和IAA,打顶和IAA的互作交互效应对烟碱含量有显著影响;株距,氮肥,打项,硼肥单效应对总氮含量有一定的的影响,氮肥和硼肥,氮肥和IAA,打项和氮肥,打顶和IAA的互作交互效应对总氮含量有显著影响:氮肥,打顶,硼肥单效应对蛋白质含量有一定的的影响,打顶和硼肥,打顶和IAA,硼肥和IAA的互作交互效应对蛋白质含量有显著影响;株距,打顶,硼肥,IAA单效应对总糖含量有一定的的影响,氮肥和打顶,氮肥和硼肥的互作交互效应对总糖含量有显著影响;株距,打顶,硼肥,IAA单效应对还愿糖含量有一定的的影响,氮肥和打顶的互作交互效应对还愿糖含量有显著影响;株距,氮肥,打项,IAA单效应对糖碱比有一定的的影响,株距和硼肥,打顶和IAA的互作交互效应对糖碱比有显著影响;株距,氮肥,打顶,IAA单效应对氮碱比有一定的的影响,株距和硼肥的互作交互效应对氮碱比有显著影响;株距,氮肥,打顶,IAA单效应对施木克值有一定的的影响,株距和硼肥,株距和氮肥,氮肥和打顶的互作交互效应对施木克值有显著影响。灰色综合评判得出处理19为最优处理,处理17,14,15,9,23,13,7,11中部叶化学成分的灰色综合评判值为较好组合。
【Abstract】 Five factors quadratic regression rotation design is used in this test to gain the influence that plant spacing, nitrogen fertilizer, the time of wiping the top, boron fertilizer, IAA may give to the quality of blue- tobacco. Math-model about the connection between the quality of blue- tobacco and plant spacing, nitrogen fertilizer, the time of wiping the top, boron fertilizer and IAA is established. This math-model is parsed to receive the perfect arrangement model of each factor and the fitting number-scale. As a result, fitting measures about supporting kit techniques to enhance the quality of blue-tobacco are advanced.The result indicates that:The single effect of plant spacing, nitrogen, the time of wiping of the top, IAA have some influence to the nicotine content, the interact-effect of plant spacing and boride, nitrogen and boron fertilizer, nitrogen and IAA, the time of wiping of the top and IAA have obvious influence to the nicotine content; the single effect of plant spacing, nitrogen, the time of wiping of the top, boron fertilizer have some influence to the content of total nitrogen, the interact-effect of nitrogen and boron fertilizer, nitrogen and IAA, the time of wiping of the top and IAA have obvious influence to the content of total nitrogen; the single effect of nitrogen, the time of wiping of the top, boron fertilizer have some influence to the content of protein, the interact-effect of the time of wiping of the top and boron fertilizer, the time of wiping of the top and IAA, boron fertilizer and IAA have obvious influence to the content of protein; the single effect of plant spacing, the time of wiping of the top, boron fertilizer, IAA have some influence to the content of total sugar; the interact-effect of nitrogen and the time of wiping of the top, nitrogen and boron fertilizer have obvious influence to the content of total sugar; the single effect of plant spacing, the time of wiping of the top, boron fertilizer, IAA has some influence to the content of reduced sugar, the interact-effect of nitrogen and the time of wiping of the top have obvious influence to the content of reduced sugar; the single effect of plant spacing, nitrogen, the time of wiping of the top and IAA has some influence to the ratio of sugar and nicotine, the interact-effect of plant spacing and boron fertilizer, the time of wiping of the top and IAA have obvious influence to the ratio of sugar and nicotine; the single effect of plant spacing, nitrogen, the time of wiping of the top and IAA have some influence to the ration of nitrogen and nicotine, the interact-effect of plant spacing and boron fertilizer have obvious influence to the ration of nitrogen and nicotine; the single effect of plant spacing, nitrogen, the time of wiping of the top and IAA have some influence to the value of Shimuke, the interact-effect of plant spacing and boron fertilizer, plant spacing and nitrogen fertilizer, nitrogen fertilizer and the time of wiping of the top have obvious influence to the value of Shimuke.Disposal 19 is assessed to be the best one according to the synthetically judgment about the ash, the chemical composition of the middle-leafage of disposal 17, 14, 15, 9, 23, 13, 7, 11 are assessed to be the better assemblage according to the synthetically judgment about the ash.
