贵州磷石膏的理化性质分析及表征

【摘要】 本文对贵州三个磷化工企业的副产品磷石膏进行了全面的理化检测分析,并在化学成分、粒度分布、相分布、溶解性能、脱水性能、矿物学特征和晶体结构等方面与天然石膏作了对比分析。结果表明两者的CaSO4.2H2O含量比较接近。磷石膏与天然石膏的差异表现在磷石膏含有更多的杂质如氟、磷及有机物,这些杂质的存在,严重影响了磷石膏的资源再生利用,另外在粒度分布方面磷石膏近似为正态分布,在105um—80um范围内达到33%以上,且杂质含量随着颗粒大小有规律性变化:可溶性磷、总磷、有机物及氟含量随着颗粒增大逐渐增多,而共晶磷含量逐渐降低。为了降低磷石膏中共晶磷含量,尝试用水洗、硫酸洗、氨水洗或石灰中和等方式处理,但效果不明显,进一步实验表明,共晶磷的除去只能通过煅烧方法来处理,并且通过硫酸洗或石灰中和处理方式能降低煅烧去除共晶磷的温度,此外,在相分布、溶解脱水性能、矿物学特征、晶体结构等方面,磷石膏与天然石膏也有明显差异。本文还尝试用三种贵州磷石膏制备建筑用石膏,结果表明磷石膏PG1经水洗或筛分预处理后能制各出一等品的建筑石膏,而PG2经筛分除去0.42mm以后的磷石膏后仍然不能制备出合格的建筑石膏,PG3筛分后也能制备出合格的建筑石膏,其主要原因是由于PG2中杂质含量高,因此可见磷石膏中杂质含量对其资源化应用有很大的影响。本文还对贵州磷石膏特性及应用前景作了简单描述。
【Abstract】 The physical and chemical property of phosphogypsum specimens that came from three companies in Guizhou was studied, at the same time, we made a compare between phosphogypsum and naturegypsum. The experiments show that they almost had the same content of CaSO4.2H2O. The great discrepancy between phosphogypsum and naturegypsum is that there are a few impurities in phosphogypsum, for example F, P, and organic matter, which can make a great effect on the utilization of phosphogypsum. In addition, grading in phosphogypsum approximately is taken on normal distribution, while the naturegypsum is not. The grain which the size is between 105~80um can reach to over 33%(WT%), and the contents of impurities increase with increasing phosphogypsum size, while the P2O5 in crystal lattice decrease. In order to decrease the content of P2O5 in crystal lattice, we tried to wash phosphogypsum with water or the solution of vitriol, ammonia, lime, the effect was not availability, but experiments result showed that washing with the solution of vitriol or lime can decreased the temperature when trying to remove the P2O5 in crystal lattice by calcining phosphogypsum. In addition, we tried to make gypsum for building from phosphogypsum, we found that the content of impurities made great effect, and we could not attain eligible product because of too much impurities in one phosphogypsum, on the contrast, we could get better gypsum for building when the content of impurities was lower.
