.NET技术及XML语言在医疗保险系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文首先介绍了．NET技术、Web Service服务和XML语言的概念、特点、及应用范围等基本知识。接着在贵州省直医疗保险医院端结算业务的整体解决方案中引入了．NET和XML技术，并对．NET和XML技术在动态电子商务中的应用进行了较深入的研究。其主要工作如下：(1)参与实施由医院前端操作系统、医院端本地服务器，中心端Web服务器，中心端应用服务器和中心数据库组成的贵州省直医疗保险系统，主要负责医院端本地服务器、中心端Web服务器、中心端应用服务器及中心数据库的组建、配置等工作。(2)参与建立贵州省直医疗保险系统中的Web服务系统，编写部分ASP程序。(3)在贵州省直医疗保险医院端结算业务的整体解决方案中引入了．NET和XML技术，编写医院前端程序中的门诊业务子系统和部分公共类XML解析函数，整个系统使用XML技术对医疗保险数据进行传输。(4)参与编写省直医疗保险系统与医院端HIS系统的接口程序，并在接口中引入了．NE7和XML技术，整个接口的输入输出参数格式采用XML形式，有效地解决了一次请求完成多次数据交换的要求，大大提高了应用效率，减小对医院原有系统的影响。文章的创新点在于：接口软件中采用了基于．NET平台和XML技术的接口封装模式。减小了医疗保险系统中各相关系统的相互影响，提高了各系统的兼容性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article introduced the basic concepts、specialties and applications of the .NET、Web Service server and XML technology. Furthermore in the Medicare software system of Gui Zhou Province we deeply applied to the technology of .Net and XML language. In this article we did the thoroughly research into the applications of the dynamic electronic commerce of the .NET technology and XML technology.The primary works of this article were included:(1) To join and actualize the directly insurance system of Medicare of Gui Zhou Province, which included the operation system of front ending in the hospital、the local servers of the hospital、the central Web servers of the information、the central application servers of the information and the central database of the information. To build and configure the servers of the hospital、the Web servers of the information center, the application servers of the information center and the central database of the information.(2) To join and build the central Web server of the information, and write some part of the program by use the ASP.(3) to introduce the technology of .Net and XML into the payment department of local ending in hospital, to actualize the front ending of the sub-system in the clinic department program and some public analytic functions of the Medicare software system of Gui Zhou Province. In this system we use the technology of XML to transport the data of medical insurance.(4)To write some parts of the interface program which was connected the directly insurance system of Medicare of Gui Zhou Province into the HIS system, furthermore we introduced the technology of the .Net and XML into the interface programs to effectively resolve the request which could satisfy with the demand of multiple data exchanges. So it can heighten the effectiveness of application and reduce the infection of previous system in the hospital.(5) We adopt the packaging technology of .Net and XML to the interface programs to minimize the infection of the dynamic electronic commerce systems and to heighten the compatibility.更多还原
