【副题名】基于西安市居住社区的调查与分析

【摘要】 城市是以社区为基本细胞的社会共同体，城市居住社区不仅仅是传统意义上的居住生活地域，而且是基于居民互动和公共参与，能够推动和谐社会建设的基本城市单元。随着经济发展、社会转型，我国出现了社会阶层化、社会老龄化、社区空间异化、社区感知淡化、社区组织与管理混乱、社区环境不佳等问题。尽管我国的社区规划己经开始出现了“人文——社会”转向趋势，但仍缺乏系统的理论和方法来指导社区发展与规划实践。论文以量大面广的城市居住社区为切入点，多维视角探讨现代社区规划的理论和方法，无疑具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。论文采用理论研究与典型案例相结合、实地调查和统计分析相结合、定性分析和定量研究相结合的方法，在对国内外城市居住社区规划相关研究进行总结与述评的基础上，结合西安市居住社区的调查研究，构建了多维度的社区规划理论框架，探讨了建设以社区为基本单位的和谐城市的实现途径。(1)通过国内外社区规划的比较研究，发现我国社区规划存在以下问题：一般性的理论分析多、实证研究少，单一领域研究多、综合交叉研究少，静态研究多、动态研究少，社区硬环境研究多、软硬环境综合研究少，社区规划理论针对性和指导性不强。(2)针对上述问题，建立了社区现象分析指标和社区满意度评价指标体系，并对西安市居住社区进行了普遍与典型相结合的社区现象及居民满意度调查，采用统计、模糊评价等方法对调查结果进行了分析，指出“人文关怀”和“接近自然”应成为今后社区规划的主要关注点。(3)构建了多维度的社区规划理论框架。社区规划具有系统性、社会性、经济性、空间性、生态性、可持续性等多元属性和多维特质；多维度社区规划包括六个方面的重点内容：社区适度规模确定、生态可持续建筑设计、社区人性化交通设施规划、社区环境设施规划、社区公共设施规划与公众参与制度设计。(4)提出了建设以社区为基本单元的和谐城市构想和实现途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 City is a social community with urban residential community as a basic cell, the urban residential community is not only a living area traditionally, but also a basic urban unit to promote building the harmonious society, take residents interacting and public participation as foundation. Along with the economic development and social transformation, many problems emerge in our country, such as the stratification, the aging of society, the alienation of community space, the confusing of community organizations and management, the diluting of community perception and the poor community environment etc. Although our community planning has presented the trend of transition to "humanistic - social", it is still lack of systematic theories and methods, which can guide the practice of community development and planning practice. It undoubtedly has important theoretical and practical value to explore the theories and methods of the modern community planning from multidimensional perspective, with the wide and generous urban residential community as a focal point.The methods concluding theoretical study and representative case analysis, field survey and statistical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, are used combiningly. Based on reviewing and summarizing the theories of urban community planning both home and abroad, combined with the investigation and analysis of residential community of Xi’an, the theoretic frame of the multidimensional urban community planning is constructed. Then the realized approach to constructing the harmonious city with community as a basic unit is discussed.(1)Based on the comparison between community planning both home and abroad, we find many problems which can be described as follows: more theoretical analysis but less empirical studies, more single field studies but less integrated crossover studies, more static studies but less dynamics researches, more community hard environmental studies but less soft-hard environment integrated comprehensive researches, the pertinence and instruction of theories is weak too. (2)Aimed at the above issues, the community phenomena analysis indicators and the community satisfaction evaluation system are established. Then the paper investigates the community phenomena and community satisfaction of Xi’an universally and typically, and analyzes the findings with statistical method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and then points out the "Humane Care" and "Approach Nature" would be the main concern of community planning for the future.(3)The theoretic frame of the multidimensional community planning is constructed. Community planning has multi-attribute and multidimensional characters ,which are systemic, social, economic, spatial, ecological and sustainable characters. The multidimensional community planning includes 6 key elements: determining community optimum-scale, designing ecological and sustainable building, humanized transport facilities planning, environment facilities planning, public facilities planning and public participation system designing.(4) It is discussed that the conceit and the approach to constructing the harmonious city with community as a basic unit.更多还原
