面向制造网格的制造资源封装机理的研究

【摘要】 网格技术是近年来国际上兴起的一种重要信息技术,是一个新出现的概念,代表了一种先进的技术和基础设施,是继因特网之后又一次重大的科技进步。网格实际上是继传统因特网、Web之后的第三个大浪潮,可以称之为第三代因特网。它的目标是实现网络虚拟环境下的高性能资源共享和协同工作,消除信息孤岛与资源孤岛。在此基础上提出了制造网格的新概念,它利用网格技术、互联网或专用网络将地理上广泛分布的各种制造资源互联在一起。制造网格是以网络化制造为基础,充分利用网格技术开放的体系框架、通用的标准和规范、统一的开发平台和工具,致力于为制造业建立一种通用的、标准的和规范的网络化制造模式。网格的要害之处是实现不仅能够达到资源共享、协同工作、降低制造成本、提高资源利用率、加快产品上市时间的目的,同时又具有极大的柔性和开放性,可以扩展到世界的每一个角落,覆盖所有的现代制造资源和制造系统,并最终形成全球性的制造网格。由于网格技术在制造业方面的优越性,工业发达国家迅速调整了科技策略,将制造网格作为重要的研究方向,纷纷制定了制造技术发展计划,而这些计划最根本的目的首先就是要实现网格化制造资源的封装。制造资源描述是制造网格环境下资源协同共享、资源发现、资源存储、资源的封装和搜索等的基础。本文具体研究目标及内容包括:(1)本论文首先分析来自制造企业中的制造资源协同共享的重要性和需求的迫切性,以及解决资源协同共享的困难及其挑战。(2)分析和学习了网格的体系结构——五层沙漏结构和开放网格服务体系结构(OGSA),以及它的相关技术,具体地叙述了OGSA,并分析了OGSA两大支撑技术,即Globus和Web Service中的SOAP、WSDL、UDDI技术;(3)深刻分析了制造网格中的主要难点及主要的关键技术就是解决如何选取、描述、表达制造网格资源这个问题。在本论文中,根据制造资源的定义、特点的探讨、制造资源的具体分类模型、属性以及对制造资源描述的要求等提出了基于STEP/XML/WSDL的制造网格资源形式化描述来实现制造领域的资源的描述,并通过一个具体的实例——制造资源中的应用系统资源中的SolidWorks进行验证。(4)通过研究网格化制造系统的体系结构(Grid-enabled Manufacturing System Architecture),分析了对企业的制造资源进行网格化封装以形成网格服务,以及网格服务的注册和发现问题,设计出基于网格服务的资源协同共享系统框架和制造网格资源封装的实现,为最终解决制造资源最佳配置以及与流程控制等相关问题奠定理论基础,为提高企业竞争力提供先进的切实可行的实现途径。
【Abstract】 Grid computing, an emerging conception is a growing information technology. It represents an advanced technology and infrastructure, and becomes another major scientific and technological progress after Internet. It aims to achieve resource sharing and collaborative working under the virtual environment, so that the information and resource island can be eliminated. Based on grid conception, this thesis put forward the conception of manufacturing grid which can use grid, internet or special networks to link the widely distributed manufacturing resourcesManufacturing grid, which is based on network-enabled manufacturing, adequately made use of the open grid system framework--Open Grid Service Architecture (OGSA), common, standards, normative and unified platform and tools, in order to build a generic, normal and standard mode in network manufacturing for manufacturing. Grid not only can achieve resources sharing, collaboration, lower manufacturing costs, raise the utilization ratio of resources, and accelerate time-to-market, but also can provide great flexibility and opening. That is to say, it can be extended to every corner all over the world, covering all modern manufacture resources and manufacture system, and forming the global manufacture net finally. Because of superiority, the developed countries have rapidly readjusted their strategy of science and technology, and consider manufacturing grid as an important research direction, has made the development plan of the manufacturing technology ,and the most basic purposes of these plans are to realize the network encapsulation of resources at first.Within manufacturing grid environment, manufacturing resource description is the basis of the resources sharing and collaboration, resource discovery, resource storage, encapsulation and search, and so on. In this thesis, the main objectives and contents including:(1) Firstly, this thesis has analyzed the importance and the urgent demand from manufacturing industrial enterprises on collaboration and manufacture resource sharing in manufacture industry, the main difficulties and challenges to solve collaboration and sharing of resource was identified.(2) In order to establish a practical prototype for the manufacturing grid, two kinds of the system architectures and related technologies of computing grid (the structure of five layers sandglass and Open Grid Service Architecture) were in depth analysed and studied, as well as the related technologies such as SOAP、WSDL、UDDI technology in Globus and Web Service.(3) The main challenge within the manufacturing grid has been in depth analyzed. One of the key technology in manufacturing grid is how to extract and describe and express the manufacturing grid resources. In this thesis, an new approach was proposed to describe the manufacturing resources which is based on STEP/XML/WSDL according to the attribute of manufacture resource and definition, characteristics, classification model, etc. Manufacturing resource description for manufacturing grid was proposed and validated with an example about SolidWorks of applying system resource.(4) After the study of the Grid-enabled Manufacturing System Architecture, the thesis has analysed the encapsulation of manufacturing resources in enterprises in order to provide the grid-enabled services, registration and discover of grid services. The system framework of resource collaborative sharing was devised and the resource encapsulation of manufacturing grid based grid service was implemented. This consists of the theoretical foundation roadmap for the optimal allocation of manufacturing resources and process control as well as related issues, offered advanced practical way to improved the competitive advantage of enterprises.
