【摘要】 随着中央广播电视大学“人才培养模式与开放教育试点”工作深入开展以及辽宁电大提出的“3123”课程教学模式改革实践模型在各基层电大的不断实践，开放教育的课程教学模式与教学管理模式得到了不断的改进，对学习者的学习内容、学习过程以及学习形式均发生了重大变革，网络课程以其灵活的、开放的、基于资源的特点日益成为现代远程开放教育教学过程中不可替代的部分，不断增长的学生需求和网络所提供的开放的学习机会为网络课程的研发、应用、推广提供了优越的发展空间。本论文以《数据结构》课程为实例，详细的阐述了构建适应开放教育学员自主化、协作化学习的网络课程研发的全过程：首先，从可行性分析入手，对课题研究所涉及到的教材、媒体资源、学习者、教学环境等诸多方面进行严格解读，获取课题研发所需的基本数据；其次，阐述网络课程建设所需的理论依据，如建构理论、“3123”课程教学模式、软件工程学等，为研发《数据结构》网络课程提供理论基础；再次，学习软件开发过程中可能涉及到的相关技术，如ASP技术、ADO技术、数据验证技术等；最后，展开系统化的教学分析与设计、软件系统分析与设计，并最终通过严格的系统测试形成《数据结构》网络课程。本课题的研究成果——《数据结构》网络课程是在先进的教育思想、教学理论与学习理论指导下的基于Web的课程，采用B／S模式设计，具有过程交互性、资源共享性、信息开放性、学习协作性与自主性等特征。本网络课程是以网络教学的核心，建设网络课程时含概了课程的所有教学环节，在没有其他形式教学时也能够保证课程知识的完整性。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deep-going development of "personnel training pattern and the experimented unit of the open education"carried out by the central radio and TV university as well as the reformation and practice model of "3123" course teaching pattern brought forward in every grass-roots unit TV university by Liaoning TV university. The course teaching pattern and teaching management pattern of the open education have been improved unceasingly. The significant transformation has owned for learning content, learning process as well as learning form. The network course becomes the irreplaceable pant of the modern long-range open educational teaching with the flexible, open, resource-based characters. The unceasing increased demand of the students and the open learning opportunity offer superior development space to the research, development and promotion of the network course.This paper takes the course of "data structure" as an example, has elaborated the whole course of the research and development of the network course. First, starting with feasibility analysis, The understanding and explaining of the research of the program has been carried out in many aspects, such as, teaching material, medium resource, learners, learning and teaching environment, get the basic data that needed by the research and development of the program; Secondly, collect the theoretical basic needed by network course construction, such as, construction theory, "3123" course teaching patterns, software engineering etc, offer theory to research and develop the network course "data structure". Thirdly, study the possible related technology in software development course that B concerned with, such as, Asp technical, ADO technology and the technology of verifying data; Finally, Spread out the teaching analysis and design of systematization, the analysis and design of software system, and form the network course "data structure" through the strict system test.The research result of this program-----"data structure " network course is guided bythe advanced education theory, the teaching and studying theory, based web course, adopted BLS pattern design, having the characteristics such as, the process interactive ness, resource share, information that open to the outside world, learning cooperation and autonomy.
