嵌入式智能网络采集站开发及应用研究

【摘要】 本文从数据采集器的现状入手,充分考虑近年来数据采集器在在线监测行业现场应用的现状和用户提供的建议,结合当前嵌入式技术发展的实际,提出了用嵌入式ARM技术设计智能型网络式数据采集器的整体架构和思路。围绕本课题,本文完成的主要工作有:(1)开发嵌入式采集器所需的各种工具环境的建立;(2)数据采集器硬件平台所用芯片的选型,硬件平台原理图、PCB图的设计及电路板制作;(3)嵌入式软件平台的搭建,包括嵌入式操作系统的移植、驱动程序和应用程序模块的编写;(4)在系统中移植了嵌入式数据库Sqlite,实现了采集数据的本地存储;(5)使用嵌入式web BOA,实现了系统的web功能;(6)完成了软件在参考平台和实际平台上的功能测试。本文应用ARM芯片AT91RM9200、高速同步A/D转换器ADS8364、可编程逻辑器件CPLD、显示接口芯片SSD1906、以太网物理层芯片和以太网控制器等芯片设计开发了智能型网络式数据采集器硬件平台。用一台数据采集器实现了多种信号的高速同步采集和嵌入式web界面的开发。在硬件方面,以AT91RM9200为中心设计了前端模拟量处理电路、人机接口电路和CPLD逻辑控制电路;在软件方面,在开发的嵌入式硬件平台上移植了嵌入式操作系统ARM Linux、根文件系统、嵌入式数据库Sqlite和嵌入式web BOA,实现了web功能。并根据实际的需要编写了设备驱动程序和应用程序,从而完成了基于ARM处理器和ARM Linux的嵌入式系统的软硬件设计。本文研究设计的网络式数据采集器,增加了数据的本地存储、人机交互和web服务等功能,同时减小了采集器体积,更适合于系统的现场安装。对在线设备状态评价和故障诊断系统的应用和推广具有极大的现实意义。
【Abstract】 This paper starts on the actualities of Data Acquisition System, fully considering the application present in the on-line Monitoring cite and the users’ suggestions, according to the development of embedded ARM technology currently, and presents the whole frame of designing intelligent networked Data Acquisition System with embedded ARM technology. In this dissertation, the main contents are: (1) the establishment of the necessary environment for designing embedded Data Acquisition System; (2) the type selection of the IC chip using in the Data Acquisition System, and the design and implementation of the hardware platform including schematic diagram and PCB drawing (3)the establishment of the embedded software platform, including the transplantation of embedded operating system and the coding of device driver and application program;(4) the embedded data-base Sqlite is transplanted into the system and the local storage of acquisition data is realized; (6) the tests of the software function at both the reference platform and the actual platform are completed.The hardware platform of the intelligent networked Data Acquisition System is designed and developed with the ARM chip AT91RM9200, the high-speed and simultaneous A/D converter ADS8364, the display interface chip SSD1906, the programmable logic device CPLD, Ethernet transceiver, Ethernet controller chips and other chips. Varieties of high-speed synchronous signal acquisition are achieved by a data acquisition system. The design of hardware platform, the transform circuit of front-end analog variables, the man-machine interface circuit and the CPLD logical control circuit are designed based on AT91RM9200. In the design of software, the embedded ARM Linux, the root file system, the embedded database Sqlite and the embedded web BOA are transplanted into the hardware platform, so the web function is realized. And the programs of device drivers and application are coded in response to the practicable requirements. So both the hardware design and the software development of the embedded system based on ARM processor and ARM Linux are completed eventually.The networked Data Acquisition System having functions such as the local-storage of data, man-machine interface and web etc. and reducing the size at the same time, is much more suitable for cite installation. Therefore, it has great practical significance to the condition evaluation of on-line monitoring system and the application and popularize of fault diagnosis system.
