【摘要】 21世纪，人才无疑是最宝贵的财富之一，而大学又是培养人才最主要的途径。随着改革开放的不断推进，我国社会主义事业建设需要大量高学历的复合型人才，因此，要求我国要建设成一批高水平的能和国际一流大学相竞争的研究型大学来培养这些人才，而评价一所大学是否具备研究型大学的标准，除了其硬件设施要符合要求，最主要的要有一支过硬的师资队伍，因此，如何建设一支高水平的师资队伍成为我们目前所面临的最主要的问题。本文从国内外研究状况分析入手，结合相关理论，分析了师资队伍构建对研究型大学发展的影响，从师生比、师资队伍学历层次构成比例、师资队伍年龄结构、师资队伍职称构成等方面分析了研究型大学师资队伍的构成，并且运用成本函数分析了师资队伍建设的成本效益，最后将企业的绩效评价体系运用到师资队伍建设当中，并对研究型大学师资队伍的发展趋势进行了预测，从而能更有效地分析师资队伍建设对高等学校特别是研究型大学的影响，进而促进研究型大学的快速形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the 21st century, talents are undoubtedly one of the most valuable wealth, and the university trains talent’s main way. With the constant promotion of reform and opening-up, the construction of socialist cause of our country needs a large number of well educated inter-disciplinary talents, so require our country is it build one being able to train these talents with world first-class research university that university compete high-level to want, and appraise the standard whether a university possess the research university, except its hardware facility should fulfil requirements, a main one have one really up to the mark teachers team, so how build one high-level teachers’team become our main problems faced at present.This text starts with studying the state to analyse both at home and abroad, combine relevant theories, it is analysed that teachers’ team structures the impact on development of research university, it is since the rate between teachers and students, academic in teachers team for level composition, teachers team age composition, respect that the professional title of teachers’ team is formed ,etc. composition of analysing teachers’ team of research university, and use the function of the cost to analyse the cost-effective of teachers’ building of contingent, appraise the system of the performances of enterprises to apply to teachers’ building of contingent finally, and has predicted the development trend of teachers’ team of research university, thus can analyse the impact on the institution of higher education especially research university of teachers’ building of contingent more effectively , and then promote the taking shape fast of the research university更多还原
