基于国产三维CAD软件的载货汽车设计及整车性能计算与评估系统研究

【摘要】 设计是人们在认识世界的基础上改造世界的活动。随着人类社会进步和科学技术的发展,人们对产品的要求越来越高,要提高产品的功能,自然要求设计方法和手段的创新。载货汽车产业随着国民经济发展和交通运输体系的全面建立得到了飞速发展。载货汽车的设计,作为整个产业的上游环节,对其要求也越来越高。本文主要研究载货汽车设计过程中的相关CAD技术。本文研究的内容主要包括:(1)以二维设计向三维设计的提升为目标,基于国产三维CAD软件,研究载货汽车三维造型设计的基本理论和方法,并完成整车零部件的三维造型设计,最后形成整车装配;(2)在已有三维模型的基础上,研究国产三维CAD软件和通用CAE软件之间的集成,并在ANSYS环境下对车架进行部分工况的CAE分析,并给出了相应的应力状况和模态结算结果;(3)利用已有三维模型的物理和几何属性,对载货汽车的整车性能计算和评价进行了研究,建立了一套整车性能的评价体系,并在.NET环境下加以实现,开发出了整车性能计算与评价系统。本文研究的内容涵盖产品概念设计和产品详细设计两个阶段,希望能作为中小载货汽车制造企业在产品设计过程中的一个有益参考。

【Abstract】 Design is human’s action to change the world based on known that. Production’s quality is paid more attention with the development of our society and the science than ever. To upgrade the production’s quality, the means and tools of design must be innovated accordingly.Vehicle industry has been developed rapidly with the development of national economy and traffic system. Therefore, the design of truck , as the head of that industry , has been paid more and more attention. This thesis studies the CAD technology in the process of design for truck.This thesis is composed by three main parts. First, the writer discusses the basic theory and method of 3D design in the process of design for truck by homemade 3D CAD software, aimed at upgrading from 2D design to 3D design, then complete the 3D model of a whole truck . Second, the writer researches the intergration of homemade 3D CAD software and foreign CAE software, then analyzes a vehicle framework in given work situation by ANSYS based on the created 3D model, and the writer list the result of stress and frequence . Last, the writer studies the truck synthetic performance calculation and evaluation based on the physical and geometry attribute of the 3D model, and build a set of fuzzy evalution system for truck , then developes a software with .NET SDK.This thesis covers the steps of conceptual design and detailed design, and the writer hope this thesis can be an useful reference for small and medium sized truck enterprises on design.
