【摘要】 随着经济的发展，在全世界范围内的工业发展过程中，环境保护已经变得越来越重要。而污水处理系统的自动化控制是提高效率、节约能耗、保护环境最有效的办法之一。LonWorks技术集计算机、网络和控制于一体，以其高可靠性、安全性、易于实现和互可操作性等特点，成为当前最为流行的现场控制总线之一，在楼宇、运输、能源、环境监测等领域得到广泛应用。本论文以“宜宾惠美线业染整废水治理工程”的改造项目为基础，根据原污水处理厂的实际需要，构建了一个基于LonWorks技术的污水处理的控制系统。在硬件实现上，将污水处理自动化系统与LonWorks现场总线技术相结合，主要针对曝气过程控制要求采用电力线载波通信方案，研制了基于PL3150智能电力线芯片为硬件平台的专控节点。在理论上，探讨了智能控制策略在污水处理的曝气过程中应用的有效性，综合对比了PID控制和纯模糊控制策略，提出了模糊自调整控制策略；另外，为了增强监控系统的可视性，采用OPC服务器作为LonWorks现场总线体系结构的中间层，将现场信号按照统一的标准与组态王King View6.5的监控软件无缝连接起来，并且把硬件和应用软件有效地分离开。建立高度自动化污水处理系统，不仅可以加强整个系统的可靠性、准确性，还可以减少劳动强度，降低处理成本和节约能源。污水处理自动控制系统的建设将降低生产和维护成本，减轻生产及维护工人的劳动强度，并为生产工艺的进一步改进提供方便，具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the improvement of industrialization rhythms and urbanization levels, water pollution has become one of the major problems universally. It is an economical and efficient way to use automation control of Waste Water Treatment Process.LonWorks network control technology is a new-style fieldbus technology. LON bus which is a kind of the most popular fieldbus has been used in building, traffic, energy sources and so on. LonWorks technology gathers computer, network and control, integrates LonTalk protocol with all seven layers of ISO/OSI, and realizes communication and control functions, being flexible in grouping and good at opening.This thesis is based on the reconstruction of automotive supervision and control systems in Yibing Huimei Waste Water Treatment Plant. According to the practical requirements, the LonWorks network control system to Waste Water Treatment Plant is proposed.First of all, the paper discusses the design clue and hardware circuit and software design of Aerobic part of Intelligent Node, which based on PL3150 Power Line Smart Transceiver and some accessorial circuitry is designed. Secondly, compared with several kinds of control strategies, a new Fuzzy+PID control strategy is proposed. In addition, the man-machine conversation of the central monitoring system is programmed by King View6.5.The establishment of high level automation on sewage treatment plant, not only may strengthen the system’s reliability, accuracy, but also may reduce the labor intensity and the processing cost and save the energy. The sewage treatment plant automatic control system will reduce the cost of production and maintenance and will provide the convenience for the further improvement of production craft.
