物流配送计划编制的研究

【摘要】 作为“第三利润源”的现代物流业已经被全世界广泛关注,随着我国国民经济的迅速发展,推进现代物流发展,推动物流管理、物流技术的进步已成为目前我国社会经济发展中的一项重要内容。而物流配送作为一种先进的、综合的物流活动形式,正在其中扮演越来越重要的角色。如何制定配送计划是目前配送业务中面临的最大难题,正确合理的安排物流配送计划,可以有效的提高车辆利用率、降低运输成本、提高客户服务质量。本文通过对影响物流中心配送计划编制的相关因素、编制原则、优化目标、约束条件的分析,根据物流中心的车辆及客户信息,对物流中心的车辆及客户进行编号,将运输成本、时间窗的满足率、车辆利用率作为优化目标,并由此建立三目标间的综合费用最低的权重模型,确定完成此次配送任务要派出哪些车辆,同时确定每辆车的行驶路线。本文采用具有扎实生物基础的遗传算法对该问题进行求解,论文通过对遗传算法基本思想和基本实现技术的研究,设计了用于求解本问题的遗传算法,在算法中采用了最优个体保存策略、自适应的交叉和变异概率,并加入了爬山操作,以提高算法的性能。最后,运用C语言编程进行摸拟计算,求得问题的优良解。本文在第四章,论述了配送计划的具体实现过程,并通过一实例说明了配送计划的生成。

【Abstract】 Modern logistics, as the third source of profit, has got more and more attention all over the world. With the development of our country’s economy , it become more and more important to promote the development of modern logistics, logistics management and upgrading logistics technology in the development of our society economy. Distribution, a advanced and integrative logistics activity, is playing more and more important role in it.How to institute the plan of distribution are the most difficult problems in the distribution activities. The proper and rational planning of distribution will increase the rate of using of vehicle, lower the cost of distribution and improve the service. By the analysis of the influence factors, planning principle, optimization objective and satisfy condition, this thesis build a model with balancing the value, based on the three optimization objective that is lowest transport costs, best service and biggest rate of using of vehicle, in order to fix on the vehicles which are used for this distribution and the routes. In it, the numbers of the vehicles and customers are regarded.Genetic Algorithms is used to resolve the problem in this thesis. By the studying on basic idea, a genetic algorithm for this problem is designed, in which the strategy of preserving the optimization individual, adaptive probabilities of crossover and mutation and hill-climbing search are used to improve the quality of algorithm. At last, satisfactory result is got by simulative computing with C Language programming.In the fourth chapter, this thesis dissertate the realization of the distribution plan. And an example is given to discuss the planning of the distribution.
