舰船舷侧防护结构在水下爆炸载荷作用下的破坏研究

【摘要】 舰船在水下接触爆炸载荷作用下的动态响应问题是舰船抗爆设计的重要组成部分。对于该问题的深入研究有助于提高舰船的防护能力,增强舰船整体生命力。同时,随着计算机的飞速发展,数值模拟技术也为水下抗爆研究提供了广阔的前景。本文针对大型水面舰船舷侧防护结构在水下接触爆炸载荷作用下的破坏和可靠性问题进行了分析和研究。主要是为了进一步了解爆炸载荷下舷侧防护结构的破坏机理,从而提高舰船的防护能力。研究中采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法。大型水面舰船舷侧防护结构是一个复杂的多层板架结构。对其在水下接触爆炸载荷作用下的毁伤机理进行了研究,从能量的角度分析了各层空舱、液舱在防护中所起的作用,并推导了舷侧防护结构各层板架的破口半径公式和内层板架的最大挠度公式。应用有限元分析软件LS-DYNA进行数值模拟计算。模拟了舷侧防护结构在遭受武器同时攻击和武器先后攻击等情况下的动态响应。同时考虑加强筋和攻击位置不同的影响。计算得出加大防护结构空舱尺寸比加大液舱尺寸防护效果好,武器先后攻击比同时攻击造成的破坏严重。在计算舷侧防护结构破坏概率问题时,采用蒙特卡罗模拟得到样本数据。同时考虑炸药参数和舰体材料不同等因素对破坏概率造成的影响。应用强度准则进行数值模拟计算,得到各层板的最大应力,然后拟合出变量分布函数,最后求出各层板架的破坏概率。

【Abstract】 The dynamic response of the ship shell, which is caused by the impact loads of underwater contact explosion, is one of important parts in the anti-detonation design of ships. It can improve the defensive capability and the survivability of the ships through doing thorough research. At the same time, the numerical simulation technology has also provided the broad prospect for the underwater anti-detonation research with the rapid development of computers.The analysis of damage and the reliability research of defence structure near shipboard of giant surface warship subjected to the underwater contact explosion impact loads were carried out in this article. It was to understand the fail mechanism of defence structure near shipboard further and to improve the defensive capability of ships. In research the theoretical analysis method and the numerical simulation method were adopted together.The defence structure near shipboard of giant surface warship is a complex multilayered plate girder structure. The destruction mechanism of this structure is studied when the underwater contact explosion loads were applied; From the point of view of energy, the defence function of vacant cabin and liquid cabin of each layer was analyzed, and the crevasse radius of every layer of plate girder and the biggest deformation of the inner layer of plate girder were deduced separately.The analysis was done by the finite element software LS-DYNA. The dynamic responses of the defence structure near shipboard of naval ship were simulated when they were suffered attack. One case is that it was attacked by weapons at one time. The other is that it was attacked by weapons successively. The influences with different stiffened types were considered at the same time. Results were obtained, that increasing the size of the vacant cabin of defence structure was better than liquid cabin, and the damage caused by weapons successively was more serious than by weapons together.When calculated the reliability of the defence structure near shipboard of naval ship, Monte Carlo was used for getting the sample data. Simultaneity the influences caused by different factors were considered such as the parameters of explosive and the material of ships and so on. The maximal stress of each layer was gained by resorting to numerical simulation using the intensity criterion. Then the distribution function was got. Finally the destruction probability was worked out.
