干涉型光纤传感器关键技术研究

【摘要】 干涉型光纤传感器是一门涉及到光学、光电子学、精密机械、加工技术、信号处理等多个学科领域的新兴学科,由于其具有极高的声压灵敏度、大的动态范围、超宽频带的响应范围,因而受到各国的重视,成为光纤传感研究领域里的热门方向之一。本文详细分析了光纤传感器动态范围的上限和下限(本底噪声)、相位灵敏度及声压灵敏度,讨论了相位灵敏度与声压灵敏度各自的意义及他们之间的区别与联系;重点分析了影响光纤传感器解调输出信号相位的一些因素、研究了传感器探头谐振频率点的设计及解调系统中滤波器的设计。课题完成了解调电路的设计与调试;并对传感器探头的设计及AGC电路中滤波器的设计提出了一些建议。
【Abstract】 Interferometric optical fiber transducer is a newly developed discipline that relates to optics, optoelectronics, mechanics, processing and signal processing. Which pressure sensitivity is skyscraping, dynamic range is prodigious, and range of response is a larger broadband. Therefore, many countries focus on the subject, and it becomes one of the most interested subjects .In this degree paper, I have researched the upper limit and lower limit(background noise) of dynamic range, phase sensitivity and the pressure sensitivity of the optical fiber transducer, in addition I have discussed the meaning, difference and relation about phase sensitivity and pressure sensitivity. The more important, the degree paper analyses the factors that affect the phase of the output signal, the design about the frequency of resonance of the probe of the transducer and the design on the filter of the demodulator circuit.We have designed and debugged the demodulator circuit in this subject. And the paper puts forward some suggestion to improve the pick-up probe’s structure and the design of the filter in the AGC circuit.
