船用增压锅炉涡轮增压机组动态仿真研究

【摘要】 涡轮增压机组是保证船用增压锅炉正常工作的关键设备之一,对增压锅炉有着十分重要的意义。本文以前苏联某型船用增压锅炉为研究对象,介绍该型增压锅炉的工作原理与结构特点;分析并绘制了增压锅炉烟气工作过程的焓熵图;研究增压锅炉涡轮增压机组在不同平衡点时的功率平衡关系。采用模块化结构建立增压锅炉稳态模型。通过多元逐步回归法拟和压气机和涡轮机的特性曲线,基于压气机与涡轮机特性曲线分别建立压气机和涡轮机的仿真模块,利用Matlab/Simulink对增压锅炉的六个稳态工况进行仿真计算。计算结果表明:压气机与涡轮机的功率平衡点在n=5500 r/min,在平衡点右侧机组功率过剩,而在平衡点左侧会有功率不足。建立增压锅炉动态仿真模型。采用小偏差线性法,利用Matlab/Simulink对增压锅炉50%和100%工况下小扰动过程进行动态仿真计算。结果表明:当改变燃油量的瞬间,增压锅炉内空气的供给存在滞后现象,这会使增压锅炉效率降低。该结果对船用增压锅炉的进一步研究有重要的参考作用。通过对增压锅炉系统的仿真分析,可以掌握压气机出口和涡轮机进口参数的变化规律,对增压锅炉系统设计研究起到一定作用。
【Abstract】 Turbo-charging set is important equipment which ensures marine supercharged boiler working under normal condition, it has a very important significance to marine supercharged boiler. Studying on the supercharged boiler which designed by the former Soviet Union, operating principle and construct characteristics of supercharged boiler were introduced; flue gas’s enthalpy-entropy value of the whole working process in supercharged boiler were analyzed; the relationship of power equilibrium at different power balance points of turbo-charging set were analyzed.Steady state model of marine supercharged boiler was established with module structure. Based on the characteristic curves of air-compressor and turbo machine, general modules were built. The simulation computation about six different steady states of supercharged boiler was done by using Matlab/ Simulink, Results shows: power balance point was equal to n = 5500r/min, on the right of the balance point, power would be sufficient always. When on the left of the balance point, power would be insufficient always.On the basis of steady state simulation results, a nonlinear dynamic simulation model of supercharged boiler was built. According to small deviation linear method, small disturbance process dynamic simulation based on 50% and 100% conditions of supercharged boiler was carried on by using Matlab/ Simulink. Results shows: when oil changed, air supply had a certain hysteretic, efficiency of supercharged boiler would be reduced. The results had certain reference significance to the further research on dynamic characteristic of supercharged boiler.Through researching on supercharged boiler, outlet parameters regularity of compressor and inlet parameters regularity of turbo machine were obtained, which will have a certain effect on design and analysis of supercharged boiler system.
