微乳液法制备纳米光致磁性材料—Co-Fe普鲁士蓝类配合物的研究

【摘要】 近几年,具有光致磁性的含碱金属离子的Co-Fe普鲁士蓝类配合物纳米材料的制备与应用正在成为纳米材料研究的热点。微乳液法可以人为地对纳米粒子的大小和形貌进行调控,是制备纳米材料很有价值的一种新方法。因此,本论文开展了用微乳液法制备含钠离子、钾离子的Co-Fe普鲁士蓝类配合物纳米材料的研究,并利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、能量色散谱(EDS)、红外吸收(IR)、紫外-可见吸收(UV-vis)等测试手段对材料进行了一系列的表征。论文工作共分为三部分:1.在非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(TritonX-100)/正己醇/环己烷/水构成的微乳液中合成了球形、立方形、空心立方形等不同形貌的含K~+的Co-Fe普鲁士蓝类配合物纳米颗粒,其中空心立方形Co-Fe普鲁士蓝类配合物的合成还未见过文献报道。考察了水和表面活性剂的摩尔比w值、反应物浓度、反应温度和体系的含油量对材料形貌的影响;结合微乳液的动态光散射数据讨论了在微乳液内合成纳米材料的微观机理。2.在阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)/正戊醇/异辛烷/水组成的微乳液体系中合成了膜状、立方状的含K~+的Co-Fe普鲁士蓝类配合物纳米材料,其中用微乳液法合成膜状Co-Fe普鲁士蓝类配合物的研究还未见过文献报道。考察了w值、反应物浓度、反应温度对材料形貌的影响。红外(IR)、能量色散谱(EDS)和X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)的结果表明,由于CTAB的静电作用,Co-Fe普鲁士蓝类配合物分子内发生了电子转移从而形成还原态的绿色膜状材料。3.在阴离子表面活性剂双-2-乙基己基硫代琥珀酸纳(AOT)/异辛烷/水微乳液体系中制备了球形和立方状的含Na~+、K~+的Co-Fe普鲁士蓝类配合物纳米材料;考察了w值、反应物浓度、反应温度对材料形貌的影响。并用X-身十线衍射(XRD)、紫外吸收(UV-vis)和能量色散谱(EDS)对产物进行了表征。
【Abstract】 In recent years, the preparation and application of cobalt-iron Prussian blue analogues containing alkali ion with photoinduced magnetization have been the hot in the studies of nanostructured materials. To prepare nanomaterials in microemulsion is a valube new way because the size and morphology of products can be controlled artificially. Herein, the dissertation gives emphasis to the synthesis of Prussian blue analogues containing sodium and potassium ion in microemulsion. The products were characterized by XRD、TEM、SEM、AFM、EDS、IR and UV-vis etc. The results are shown in the following three sections:1. Cubic, hollow cubic and spherical nanoparticles of cobalt-iron Prussian blue analogues containing potassium ion were synthesized in poly oxyethylene tertoctylphenyl ether (TritonX-100)/n-hexanol/cyclohexane/water microemulsion. To the best of our knowledge the synthesis of hollow cubic cobalt-iron PBA nanocrystals have not been reported previously. The effects of molar ratio of water to surfactant (w), the concentration of reactants, the reaction temperature and oil concentration on the morphology of products were studied. Furthermore, the reaction mechanism in microemulsion was further discussed through the determination of the hydrodynamic diameter by DLS.2. Films and cubic nanoparticles of cobalt-iron Prussian blue analogues containing potassium ion were firstly synthesized in reverse microemulsion which containing cetanyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB)/pentanol/isooctane/water. To the best of our knowledge the preparation of filmy cobalt-iron PBA nanocrystals in microemulsion have not been reported previously. The effects of w, the concentration of reactants and the reaction temperature on the morphology of products were studied. The electron transfer in cobalt-iron PBA because of the interaction between the product and CTAB induced the formation of blue filmy material in reduction, and the result could be confirmed by IR, EDS and XPS analysis.3. Spherical and cubic nanoparticles of cobalt-iron Prussian blue analogues containing potassium and sodium ions were synthesized in microemulsion which containing surfactant sodium bis(2-ethlhexyl) sulfosuccinate(AOT)/isooctane/water. The effects of w, the concentration of reactants and the reaction temperature on the morphology of products were studied. The products were characterized by XRD、TEM、EDS and UV-vis.
