【摘要】 随着网络媒介的迅猛发展，学界的关注度越来越高，在网络媒介新闻信息的传播流程方面，学者的研究成果也很多。相比传统媒介线型的有序化的传播流程而言，网络媒介在传播流程上则表现出非线型和无序化的特征。如何廓清网络媒介与传统媒介两者在传播流程上的差异，认识其对社会的影响，并探索出一条合适的发展道路已愈来愈成为不容忽视的问题。本文即从非线型流程与线型流程的差异出发，着重从技术层面上来探讨形成这种差异的原因，其次说明各自的特点即无序化与有序化，最后通过对两类媒介在新闻宣传方面的不同影响，以及因此而表现出的共性与差异，来探讨如何对两类媒介进行有效合理的控制。区别于众多对网络媒介与传统媒介纯理性思辩的比较研究，本文运用动态的、过程式的对比研究方法，紧紧围绕传播流程这个维度，把对网络媒介与传统媒介传播流程的比较放在突出位置，并力求在应用的层面上体现出研究成果的价值与意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of cyber media, more and more people especially in the journalism community pay attention on this issue. Along with this tendency, there have been lots of research achievements. Compared with the traditional and linear communicating process, the cyber media shows its’ non-linear and disordering character. So, it is badly needed to clarify the comparison between the two process and know its’ impact on society and furthermore explore a suitable developing road, which cannot be neglected. This paper firstly discusses the comparison between the two process and then finds out the causes of them from the technological view. And secondly it illustrates their characters that is disordering and ordering and finally discusses how to effectively control these two media through discussing their different effect on news propaganda and their commonness and differences caused by their effect. Differed from the tremendous sheer and rational comparing research of traditional media and cyber research, it will take dynamic, procedural and compared way to reflect this paper’s value and significance by centering it on communicating process and placing the comparison between the two media on a prominent position.更多还原
