【摘要】 从上世纪90年代大学生分配制度改革以来，女大学生择业问题已逐渐引起社会的广泛关注，并为高校教育发展方向及职业指导提出了新的诉求。本研究拟从职业决策自我效能这一视角探讨女大学生择业问题，把社会支持作为一种外部影响因素来分析其与职业决策自我效能的关系。本研究借鉴以往国内外对职业决策自我效能和社会支持的相关研究，应本领域研究发展需要和本研究的需要，编制了《大学生社会支持问卷》，对女大学生职业决策自我效能、社会支持及其相关进行实证研究：以246名女大学生为研究对象；采用问卷调查法为主，个案访谈法为辅的研究方法；获得了关于女大学生职业决策自我效能和社会支持现状的调查结果，并同时以男大学生职业决策自我效能和社会支持的现状作为参照，通过分析，更有效地验证了女大学生职业决策自我效能、社会支持及其相关的特殊性。研究还深入探讨了在女大学生职业决策自我效能的形成和发展过程中对社会支持的期待，以期为高校教育诉求和发展方向调整，以及女大学生职业指导提供心理学的实证依据。通过研究得出如下结论：1、女大学生对不同的社会支持源所需的支持类型不同(男大学生研究结果亦相同)。2、女大学生职业决策自我效能及其各因子存在家庭来源差异，但不存在学科差异。3、女大学生社会支持及其各因子存在学科差异，但不存在家庭来源差异。4、女大学生职业决策自我效能与社会支持呈显著正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1990’s, allotement policy of college students began to change. Female college students’ career decision-making problem aroused wide public concern. It makes a new claim for high education and career guidance. This study want to discuss female college students’ career decision-making problem from the angle of career decision-making self-efficacy (short for CDMSE) , and the relationship between CDMSE and social support which as a helpful influence factor from exterior . This study benefit from former domestic and international researches relevant to CDMSE, social support, and their relationships, formulate "Questionnaire of Social Support of College Student" with respect to the research, develop an empirical study on CDMSE, support and their relationship. This study taking 246 female college students as subjects, Questionnaire and personal interview method were applied, findings about investigation of female college students CDMSE and social support were obtained. And we also used male college students investigation of CDMSE and social support as a reference for verifing female college students’ specialization of CDMSE, social support and their relationship are more efficiently. The research explores how CDMSE forms and what social support helps to develop it. This research also provides the empirical evidence of psychology basis for develop direction of high education and career guidance of female college students. Results indicate that: 1. For female college students, different social support sources provides different types of support(male college students have the same results). 2. There were significant CDMSE differences of female college students on family background but no difference on students’ major. 3. Major difference existed among female college students, but no significant differences was found on family background. 4. Significant positive correlation was found between female college students’ CDMSE and their social support.更多还原
