【摘要】 中职学生是未来的劳动技术大军，其道德水平直接关系到国家的稳定和民族素质的提升。目前，中职学校的学生思想道德素质主流是好的，但因学生年龄偏小，身心发展不成熟，容易受外界干扰；绝大多数中职生是中考失利者，他们普遍的特点是自卑心理重，自信心不足；中职学校生源陡增，学校德育跟不上等种种原因，使中职学生产生道德失范行为。本文首先分析了中职学校学生道德状况，肯定其积极方面，指出其消极方面；第二部分从社会原因和教育原因两大方面，详细分析了导致中职学生道德失范问题的根源；第三部分从更新学校德育观念、加强教师职业道德建设、创新学校德育方法、加强校园文化建设、建设校园网络育人环境五个方面详细探讨了中职学生道德教育对策，为解决中职学校学生德育问题提供富有建设性的意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 The secondary vocational students are the skilled workers in the future, and their moral levels will affect the stability of our country and the promotion of our national quality. Nowadays the main stream of their moral quality is good, but because of their younger ages they are still easy to be affected by the external world. Most of the secondary vocational students are losers of middle schools, they often have sense of inferiority and have not enough self-confidence. At the secondary vocational schools, a sharp increase in number of students and the poor moral education lead to the moral descent of the secondary vocational students.First, I stated the moral situation of the secondary vocational students, and I pointed out the active aspect and the negative one. Then, from the society and ediccation I analysed the reasons of causing the moral descent of the secondary vocational students. At last I put forward some tactics of moral education of the secondary vocational students on renewing the moralidea of school education, strengthening the professional ethics of teachers, creating the educational methods, and building the culture and network of campus. All this will help us to solve the moral education of the secondary vocational students.更多还原
