【摘要】 教师情感能力是指教师从事教育教学活动所必备的处理学生、教材以及自身情感的能力。既体现了作为一个社会正常人的情感能力要求，更具有职业的专门性要求。教师良好的情感能力，对于教师个体，对于学生都具有重要的意义。本文从“操作”和“对象”两个维度分析教师的情感能力。其中，操作指情感能力的活动方式，包括认知(认识或理解)、表达、调节或控制三种类型；对象指情感能力涉及的内容，包括自我情感、学生情感、教材情感，这两个维度进行组合，可以得到3×3=9种结合，每种结合代表一种情感能力，一共9种情感能力：认知、表达、调节自我情感的能力，理解学生情感的能力，与学生情感互动的能力，调节学生情感的能力，领悟、传达、加工教材情感的能力。必须通过一定的途径使教师情感能力逐渐接近其发展的高级阶段。课堂是教师情感能力发挥和发展的主阵地，由于教师、学生、教材三者之间的文化差异、情感差异，课堂上的情感冲突必然的普遍的存在着，在这些冲突的规避与利用中，教师的情感能力得以提升。本论文试图通过研究，澄清一些对教师情感能力的模糊认识，为教师专业发展提供一些参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The teacher emotion ability is refers to that is necessary for the teacher to be engaged in education teaching activity to processing about the student, the teaching material, as well as own emotion relations. Both manifested has taken a social normal person’s emotion ability request, and had the occupation the special request. Teacher’s good emotion ability has the vital significance to both regarding the teacher individual and regarding the students.This article analyzes teacher’s emotion ability from "the operation" and "the object" two latitudes. Among them, the operation refers to the active way of the emotion ability, including three kind of types as the cognition (cognition or understanding), the expression, the adjustment or controls; the object refers to the content which the emotion ability involves, including self- emotion, student emotion, teaching material emotion. These two latitudes carry on the combination, may obtain 3×3 = 9 kind of unions, each kind of union represents one kind of emotion ability, altogether 9 kind of emotion abilities: The cognition, the expression, the ability of adjusts the self-emotion, the ability of understood the student emotion, with the student emotion interaction ability, the ability of adjusts the student emotion, the comprehension, the transmission, the processing teaching material emotion ability.Must enable the teacher emotion ability through the certain way gradually to approach its development the higher phase. The classroom is the teacher emotion ability display and the development battle position, because the cultural difference, emotion difference, in classroom emotion conflict inevitable between teacher, student, and teaching material are universal existence. Teacher’s emotion ability can promote, in dodging with the use in these conflicts.The present paper attempts clarifies some to the teacher emotion ability fuzzy understanding, provides some references for the teacher career development through this research.更多还原
