基于单片机的压力/液位控制系统的设计研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了国内外过程控制系统研究的发展过程、进展状况以及提高自动化程度的若干新技术;研究了过程控制实验装置TKGK—1的内在结构、控制对象以及主要特点;选取过程控制中的典型参数液位/压力为控制对象,设计了以PC机为上位机、以89C51单片机为下位机,并辅之以传感器、变频器以及相关接口部件的二级集散控制系统;着重介绍了基于TLC2543单片机的数据采集与处理系统和基于RS—232C通信标准的数据通信系统程序模块的设计思路、工作过程;介绍了提高系统抗干扰能力的看门狗电路。基于单片机的TKGK—1过程控制系统的硬件和软件都采用模块化设计,硬件模块便于生产和维护;软件模块便于修改和升级。文中的数据采集与处理程序、上位机与下位机之间的通信程序都使用执行效率较高的汇编语言来完成,上位机的人机交互界面与数据输出程序采用高级语言VB来开发。通过本文的研究,总结出了基于单片机过程控制系统的优势:体积小,实际应用系统简单实用,成本低,效益好;具有较高的性能价格比;系统不易受到干扰,可靠性高。本文为基于单片机的过程控制系统应用到实际生产过程做了有益的尝试,为提高我国过程控制自动化水平提供了有参考价值的设计思路。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the development of process control system, the nowadays situation and several new techniques, which are good for the improvement of automatization, in both China and other countries.This paper has done many research, including: the immanent structure, controlling objects and the main features of TKGK—1 Process Control System; choosing the typical parameter—hydraulic position / pressure as the main object, we have designed a Distributed Control System, which is composed by PC, called epigyny computer, AT89C51, called hypogyny single chip, and other assistant equipments, such as sensor, transducer and related interface components. Putting the emphasis on the introduction of data collecting and disposing system, which is based on the single chip TLC2543, and the data traffic system, which is based on the communication standard RS—232C. The introduction contains the designing idea and working process of the formality module above. Introducing the Watch Dog circuit which is used to improve the anti—jamming ability of the system.The hardware and software of the TKGK—1 Process Control System, which is based on the single chip, both use the modularize design. The hardware module is easy to produce and maintenance; the software module is easy to amend and upgrade. The data collecting and disposing formality and the communication formality, which is used between epigyny computer and hypogyny single chip, are both use the assemble language that has the high efficiency. The alternative interface of epigyny between human and computer, the formality which is used for exporting data, both use the high—class language VB.According to the research of this paper, we can give a summarize of the advantages of the Process Control System which is based on the single chip: small; the application system is simple and practical; lower cost, good benefit; has the upper capability price ratio; has better anti—jamming ability and higher dependability. This paper is a availability attempt for putting the Process Control System which is based on single chip into practical manufacture. It also provides valuable design idea that can be used to improve the national process control automatization level.
