【摘要】 我国住宅建设自改革开放以来持续高速的发展，成功解决了城市住房紧缺问题。但是由于我国人口多，人均占有资源的水平低，而且目前我们的人口基数不可能降低，城市化的进程在加快，住宅建设与发展中的矛盾日益突出，面临着一些亟待解决的深层次问题。行之有效的办法就是建立健康文明、节约消费资源的方式，改变户型过大的不良趋势，选择中小套型为我国城镇主体套型，这样既能满足当前的需要又有一定灵活性和适应性。本文立足于中国当前国情，提出经济节约与舒适健康的城市中小套型住宅设计研究的课题，从中小套型住宅产生背景出发，阐述了课题的研究意义、研究范围及发展趋向，比较了国外城市住宅的发展演变状况及解决住宅问题的对策，提出国内城市中小套型住宅的新型特点：经济节约与舒适健康；同时从理论和实践的角度分析了城市中小套型住宅的设计方法，提出精密设计和生态设计理念，分析研究了大量实例，同时文章也阐述研究了国六条政策颁布下当前国内城市中小套型住宅的开发实践举措，为以后这类研究提供一定的参考信息，文章最后提出了我国城市中小套型住宅发展展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The residence construction in our country has continued high-speed development since reform and open policy, which has solved severe problems of the shortage of urban residence. But because of the large population and small per holds of the resources, moreover, the population is impossible to reduce and urbanization is speeding up, the contradiction between the construction and development of residence has become more and more obvious and it is faced with some serious problems to be solved urgently. A effective way is to establish a healthy, civilized and resource-saving consumption style, to change oversized residence tendency, and to choose middle and small-sized dwelling as the main trend of urban residence. Only in this way can we meet the current needs with flexibility and adaptability. On the basis of national conditions, this paper puts forward the study of economical and comfortable middle and small-sized urban residence, to begin with the background of the emergency of middle and small-sized urban residence, it tells us the significance, scope and development tendency of the research in the field, and gives the new character of middle and small -sized dwellings-economical and comfortable, meanwhile, the paper explores the design methods of middle and small-sized residence from the theoretical and practical aspects, and puts forward the conception of precise design and ecological design, analyzes massive examples, simultaneously, the article also studies the development practice of middle and small-sized residence under the six policies, and provides some certain reference information for the later research, at. the end of the paper, it proposes the prospects of our national middle and small-sized residence.更多还原
