基于JBPM工作流的电力固定资产管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 工作流技术是实现企业业务过程建模、仿真分析、优化和业务过程管理与集成,从而最终实现业务过程自动化的核心技术。研究和推广工作流技术对企业信息化具有重要的现实意义。随着市场竞争的全球化,企业必须能够对其业务过程进行快速重组,以提高自身竞争力,这使得其工作流问题受到了广泛的重视和研究。但是目前的工作流技术仍然不够成熟,尤其是业务过程涉及不同企业间的协作时,存在着互操作方面的诸多缺陷。Web服务的产生和发展很好地解决了这个难题,所以建立在Web服务基础上的JBPM(全称是Java Business Process Management)工作流技术弥补了当前工作流技术的不足,且已成为一种发展趋势。本文首先对工作流技术进行了详细的介绍,包括了工作流的相关概念、工作流的参考模型以及工作流技术的发展和产品。在此基础上再对JBPM工作流技术进行剖析,介绍了JBPM的系统框架和使用开发的方法。其次,本文通过对电力行业固定资产管理现实情况的具体描述,展开了对电力固定资产管理系统的需求分析,由此进行系统的整体设计,采用标准的J2EE三层软件构架体系,以组件化、对象化的开发模式为总的设计开发原则,针对电力行业固定资产管理范围广、部门多、数量大、金额大、更新快等特点,力求功能全面而细致,操作方便简单,强调网络信息交流和共享。最后使用MVC模式进行详细设计并利用Struts、Hibernate等框架与JBPM框架互相结合起来进行具体实现的开发,JBPM系统框架则是开发这套固定资产管理系统的核心,整个系统中的流程管理工作都将交给JBPM来管理。然后,通过一个应用实例,详细地介绍了固定资产管理工作流平台的使用过程。充分地展示了这套电力固定资产管理系统工作流平台的易用性和实用性。最后,对电力固定资产管理系统工作流平台进行了全面的功能测试和性能测试,并对性能测试的结果进行了认真分析。分析结果表明该系统工作流平台完全满足用户的设计要求。本系统实现固定资产管理模式的手工操作向计算机信息化、网络化工作模式转变,改变手工操作模式中存在的数据多样性、信息沟通慢等问题,最终达到强化管理、降低劳动强度、降低办公费用、提高办公效率的综合目的。

【Abstract】 In order to realize business process automation, workflow technology is used as a key technology in enterprise business process modeling, simulation, optimization, management and integration. The research and application of workflow technology have great significance to enterprises. With the increasing globalization of market competition, enterprises must be able to reform their business processes quickly, so their workflow has received wide attention and study. However, the current workflow technology is far from mature. Especially there are many drawbacks about interoperation in the collaborations among heterogeneous enterprises. The emergence and development of Web services solves these drawbacks, so the workflow technology of JBPM (Java Business Process Management) based on the Web services can make up the deficiency of the current workflow technology.At first ,the article introduces the technology of workflows detailed , including the concept of workflow , the reference model of workflow as well as the development and the product of the workflow technical. In this foundation, analysis the JBPM workflow technology, introduce the JBPM system frame and using method.Next, this article through concrete description of the realistic situation of electric power profession fixed asset management , takes demand analysis , and carries on the system design ,uses the standard J2EE , takes component-based and object-based development methods as the design principle, finally uses the MVC pattern to design the system and using Struts ,Hibernate frame to carry on the concrete realization with JBPM frame ,the JBPM system frame is the core of this set of fixed asset management system, and overall system flows management work all will give JBPM to manage.The method of using this workflow platform is described in detail by a workflow case. It fully demonstrates the practicality of this workflow platform.Finally, function and performance of the workflow platform are generally tested. The test results of performance are seriously analyzed. The tests indicate that this workflow platform completely satisfies users’design requirements.This system realizes manual operations transforms to the computer information, the network working patterns in electric power fixed asset management, in this way ,we can achieve the strengthened management, reduce the laborintensity and the office expense, enhance the office efficiency.
