电磁环境影响检测平台的开发

【摘要】 随着电子技术的迅速发展,电磁辐射污染所造成的危害也日渐突出。电磁辐射污染能够使电子仪器失灵,特别是能伤害人体。据推测,电磁污染在以后将代替其它几种污染而成为首屈一指的物理污染。本文的主要内容:以国家环保总局所制定的《电磁辐射防护规定》(GB8702-88)、《500KV超高压送变电工程电磁辐射环境影响评价技术范围》(HJ/T24 -1998)等相关条例所提供的电磁辐射标准为基准,将原有的国家环保局所规定的标准与修正后的标准相结合最终构建一个关于电磁辐射情况的检测平台。与此同时通过对500KV超高压送电线路下工频电磁场的分布规律及其影响因素的计算,利用等效电荷原理和镜像法对工频电磁场的预测模型公式进行修正和比较;以移动通信基站为研究对象,结合天线的方向性和增益情况对国标公式进行修正,对不同辐射方向上的电磁辐射情况做出预测并与实测数据进行比较分析;以对称振子天线为模型,对求解天线近场问题进行算法的研究,对天线近场的分布、电磁辐射状况和环境的影响进行分析。最后在电磁辐射检测平台中加入这些不同辐射源,对其电磁辐射状况做出判断,从而使检测平台在功能上得到完善。该检测平台软件由Microsoft Visual Basic语言开发,具有良好的人机界面。
【Abstract】 Along with the rapid development of the electric technology, the harm caused by the electromagnetic radiation has been more and more grievous. Electromagnetic radiation pollution can jam the electric equipment, even could hurt people’s body. It is conjectured that the electromagnetic radiation pollution will be the primary pollution instead of other pollutions in the future.This paper discusses primarily on the following subjects: According to the electromagnetic radiation criterion from“Regulation for electromagnetic radiation protection”(GB 8702-88);“Technical regulations on environmental impact assessment of electromagnetic radiation produced by 500KV ultrahigh voltage transfer power engineering”(HJ/T 24-1998) etc, design a test software about electromagnetic radiation. Calculate and analyze the electromagnetic radiation distribution of power frequency electric field under 500KV super-voltage transmission line and the influential factors, amend and compare the formula of prediction model using the basis of charge equivalent method and image method; citing the base station, combine with antenna gain and antenna directivity, predicted the different area’s electromagnetic radiation condition according to different electromagnetic directivity and compare with practice measure data to analyze; calculate and analyze the near field distribution of symmetry dipole antenna. Finally append them to the software.The detecting and measuring platform software is developed using Microsoft Visual Basic programming language. It also has a friendly man-machine interface.
