X波段T/R组件关键部件研究

【摘要】 本课题来源于成都赛英科技有限公司,是T/R组件研制与生产的一个科研预研课题,是某相控阵雷达研究的一部分内容。在大型相控阵雷达中,T/R组件的数量多达数千部,组件内既有大功率电平的发射通道,又有高增益、低噪声的接收通道,包括了低噪声放大器、数字移相器、数字衰减器、T/R开关、限幅器驱动及逻辑控制电路等。它是集高频、低频、大信号、小信号等为一体的复杂功能件,其体积、重量、性能、质量、成本、可靠性等指标直接影响整部雷达的性能指标。所以,高性能、结构紧凑、重量轻及有高可靠性的微波T/R组件是一部先进相控阵雷达的关键。T/R组件作为天线阵元的核心,要在很小的体积内实现射频信号的发射和接受,要达到精确的移相以及一定的功率和灵敏度,研制难度很大。本课题对相控阵雷达T/R组件的结构组成特点和设计技术进行了研究;研究和设计了X波段T/R组件单元电路模块(移相器、开关、功率放大器、低噪声放大器)。本文首先介绍了X波段T/R组件的结构并进行了系统指标分析,然后介绍了微波控制电路及开关和限幅器两种电路和设计方法,接下来详细叙述了本课题中的五位数字移相器原理和设计,接着介绍了组件中的LNA和功放以及实现,最后给出了X波段T/R组件各个模块的实现和测试结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 This topic comes from Chengdu Sine Science and Technology LTD., it is a advanced research topic for the development and production of T/R module, and it also belongs to the research of phased-array radar. There are thousands of T/R modules in the large phased-array radar. The module contains the launch channel of high efficiency level, and receiver channel of high gain and low noise, and it includes Low-Noise Amplifier, Digital Phase Shifter, Digital Attenuator, T/R Switch, the actuation of limiting amplifier and Logic control circuit. T/R module is a complex component, which contains high frequency, low frequency, the large signal and the small signal. Its many indices directly affect the entire performance of radar, such as volume, weight, performance, quality, cost, reliability etc. As it has high performance, compact structure, light weight and high reliability, T/R module is the key of advanced phased-array radar.It is difficult for the T/R module that is the key of Antenna Element to launches and accepts the radio-frequency signal in so small volume, and to achieve precise phase shifting and certain power and sensitivity. The topic researches the structure and design of Phased Array Radar T/R module, at the same time researches and designs the unit circuit module for X wave band T/R module (phase inverter, switch, power amplifier, low noise amplifier).Firstly the paper introduces and analyzes systematically the structure of X wave band T/R module, and then introduces the microwave control circuit and switch and the design of circuit for two kinds of Amplitude limiter. It narrates the principle and the design of five digital phase inverter in detail, and then introduces the LNA and the power amplifier in module as well as the realization. Finally each module’s realization and the test result of X wave band T/R module are given.更多还原
