活塞压缩机变工况热力与动力特性的仿真研究

【摘要】 压缩机97%的时间在70%负荷以下波动运行,为了确保较高的运行效率,采用变频调速进行控制。常规压缩机在变频调节过程中会出现一些现象和问题,工作性能的变化以及频率调节范围都是未知的,本文以4L-20/8型压缩机的变频改造为例,首先从理论上分析压缩机进行变频调节热力与动力性能的变化,进而利用simulink和adams建立了压缩机的数学模型,根据模拟仿真结果揭示了变频过程中产生的问题:泄漏增多需要增加密封,热交换量变化需要调节冷却水量,机组的效率降低应避免长时间低频运行等等;根据低频运行气阀工作不稳定,起动困难,管网共振等问题,提出了各种改进措施,最终综合考虑了热动力两方面的因素确定了频率下限。

【Abstract】 The compressor works with 70% shoulder undulates in 97% time, in order to guarantee a high operating efficiency, the frequency conversion velocity modulation has taken an adjustment way. If conventional compressor carry on the frequency conversion velocity modulation, its operating performance can change and appear some phenomenon and problems .And its frequency control scope is unknown. This article takes 4L-20/8 compressor as an example .First analyzed thermal energy and power change of the conventional compressor using the frequency conversion adjustment, then established mathematical model using simulink and adams .The result recovered that divulges needs to seal; the cooling water volume adjustment for heat needs to change quantity; and need to avoid long time low frequency movement to avoid efficiency reducing and so on .It has proposed the improvement of fly wheel, measures used for avoiding pipe network resonating and so on. Finally determined the lower frequency limit by evaluating the thermal and dynamic factors .
