高精度数控刀具CAD/CAM集成系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 本文深入研究了高精度数控刀具的CAD/CAM集成框架、工艺流程设计及实现、CAM子系统的构建及实现、数控刀具的模拟加工仿真。主要研究内容包括。1.在对CAD/CAM技术充分了解的基础上,结合天津异型刀具厂数控加工系统的实际生产需求,构建高精度数控刀具CAD/CAM集成系统的总体功能框架。2.研究基于模型特征的CAD/CAPP信息集成技术,实现CAD模型特征信息的存储。3.构建了高精度数控刀具的CAM子系统。实现了将CAD特征信息转换成NC程序的三种方式:设计了高精度数控刀具的CAPP工艺流程,完成了CAPP的映射,确定了工艺方案和工艺工序,并实现了模型特征的提取及工艺知识库的生成;通过数控刀具特性加工模块实现CAD特征信息与NC程序转换;通过辅助加工模块实现了CAD特征信息与NC程序转换。最终实现NC加工程序的生成;4.完成数控加工过程的动态仿真。借助数控磨床的Simvk0010软件在计算机上完成数控刀具加工过程的动态仿真,检验NC程序的正确性。在满足数控加工中心加工条件下,完成通用刀具的快速制造。
【Abstract】 A deep theoretical study on the framework of high-accuracy NC tools CAD/CAM integrated system, the design and implement of CAPP, the design and implement of CAM subsystem and simulation of NC tools have been carried out in this dissertation. The main contents of the dissertation are as follows:1. Based on the full understanding of CAD/CAM technology, and considering the actual requirement of NC manufacturing system in Tianjin Tools Factory, the framework of CAD/CAM integrated system has been established.2. The information of the mode-based CAD/CAPP integrated technology is studied, the storage of CAD mode are realized.3. CAM subsystem is established. The three manners of transition from CAD characteristic information to NC procedures are carried out: the process flow of high-accuracy NC tools has been designed. The process of which CAPP is mapped, scheme and working procedure of CAPP ensured, and CAD mode characteristic is picked up, and CAPP repository fulfilled. The diversion from CAD characteristic information to NC procedures is achieved by characteristic machining mode.The conversion from CAD characteristic information to NC procedures is accomplished. NC machining procedures are completed ultimately.4. The dynamical simulation of NC machining process and the testing of NC procedures are accomplished by means of the Simvk0010 software in computer. The fast manufacture of tools can be achieved on basis of the satisfaction of the manufacture condition in NC process center.
