基于USB与无线技术的电机故障数据传输应用研究

【摘要】 随着世界各地工、农业自动化的不断进步和完善,电机在这些领域的应用也日益普及,单机数量和容量也不断提高,电机发生故障会直接影响人们的生产、生活。研究电动机的故障监测与诊断技术有助于电机故障的预报和对电机故障的进行检修。本论文首先介绍了课题的开发背景和研究意义,阐述了常用的电机故障数据传输、处理方法以及它们存在的一些问题,并对USB总线开发所必须掌握的USB2.0规范进行了深入的分析研究。论文提出了一种基于无线传输和USB接口技术的数据传输方案,完成了基于nRF24L01的无线数据传输单元的硬、软件设计以及基于ATmega64微处理器的系统软件开发,进行了USB接口数据传输芯片CY7C68013的固件程序开发与硬件设计,并针对其在系统中的应用由VC++6.0完成了数据传输系统的上位机软件开发。系统实现了基于USB接口的高速无线数据传输。论文对整个系统进行了调试实验,实验结果达到了预期目标,系统完成了电机故障数据到PC的可靠、快速传输。从而证实了基于无线传输和USB接口技术的数据传输方案的可行性与正确性。该系统也可供其它工业数据采集、监控系统、数字娱乐设备等基于USB接口和无线技术的数据传输参考。

【Abstract】 With the development of industrial and agriculture automation, motor is used more widely in this domain. So the fault of the motor will influence people’s daily-life and industrial production. Research on the motor fault monitoring can help forecasting and repairing the motor fault.This paper introduces the research background and significance firstly, then expatiates methods about data transmission, motor fault analyse and the problems existing in these methods. The USB2.0 protocol which is needed to master in USB developing is also researched deep in this paper.This paper proposes a data transmission scheme based on wireless and USB interface technique. This paper also accomplishes the design of hardware and software about wireless data transmission unit based on nRF24L01; the development of system software based on MCU ATmega64; and firmware programming development and hardware design of USB interface data transmission chip CY7C68013. Aiming at the application in this certain system, using VC++6.0 to actualize the software design in PC. And the system realizes the high speed wireless data transmission based on USB.The experiment debugging is also done in this paper. The experiment results reach the expected goal. The system can transmit data quickly and exactly from motor to PC. So the data transmission scheme based on wireless and USB interface technique is feasible and correct. The technologies discussed in the paper can also be used in other data acquisition and monitoring system in the industry or digital entertainment device.
